Hamstring injuries. More than a "normal" year? (1 Viewer)

I cannot remember another year where we've seen anything close to the number of hamstring injuries we're seeing this year.

Is this an indication that there's a big difference between simply being in shape and being in "football shape"?

Possibly proof that these OTA's and such are pretty important?

I agree. Leg injuries in general. Quads, ankles, foots. I cant remember so many Quadracep injuries. Is it just me?

Doesn't strike me as a particularly bad year for them.

My impression could be wrong, though.

Generally, though, I think folks forget hopw injury-plagued this game is during the offseason. Over the summer, everybody's in love with their players and their teams, and they tend to forget that even studs regularly lay duds, even in good seasons. They forget about the game-time decisions and the sleepless nights.

If anything, this has been an off year for high ankle sprains!
