He Did Really Well When His Structure Broke Down In That Georgia Game (1 Viewer)

Okay. It's time for the draft. I've heard that phrase about C.J. Stroud about twelve times in the past few weeks.

Time to turn the page. I can't take another month of this.

Draft folks, commiserate here.

Anyone have any more off the radar sleepers they like for the draft? Guys that haven't been picked to death. I will check them out.

Do you have any top. picks this year? Some of us are still enjoying overreaction SZN . :shrug

Maybe take a break from the interwebs. Spend a day at the beach. I guarantee no one will talk to you about Stroud’s game against Georgia when you’re at the beach. :)

Israel seems to be somehow flying under the radar. I saw one topic here today, but out in the wilds of YouTube & twitter it’s radio silence. He’s a RB getting no love that looks like a great NFL size/power/speed/receiving guy.

I have the 1.12, 2.07, and 2.12, so I'm in shouting distance of some players.

eta* I traded a bunch of picks, but the 1.12 I never moved. I figured I'd at least get a good first-round player if I held it. I didn't fully expect it to be the .12, but I certainly went for it halfway through the year, so I wasn't totally stunned. Not that it didn't require luck, but I had an inkling the team was good enough to win it all. But it hurts my draft position, obviously.

Nice, size and stats look solid. Looks like he crushed his pro day. 41 inch vert and 4.40 forty. Now let me check out the highlights...

I think you’ll come away impressed. Hard not to.
He needs a runway, he won't be stringing 4 moves together, but has true breakaway speed. In his highlights you can see guys take decent angles, and get smoked. He's all leg, I wonder if they misjudge his speed because of that

Agree with all of the above. I don't see much physicality but he can accelerate. Seems in the mold of an ETN.

No need to be sad, HSG. I won the league and retained the first-round pick. Considering nobody was moving 2023 1sts, this was as good an outcome as I could have expected.

:oldunsure: Our preferred beach is close to Georgia and full of Ohioans. (Hilton head).

North Carolina beaches are non-football safe zones. SC not so much.
NC has other issues right now .. Shark tracking has a few large Great Whites patrolling the area.... looking for guppies

“The sharks spend summer and fall primarily in coastal waters off New England and Atlantic Canada, feeding on high-calorie prey before heading back south to warmer winter waters off the southeast U.S. from South Carolina to the Gulf of Mexico,” OCEARCH says.

Seems like they are following fat Yankee snowbirds.

I had him in redraft that one magical season.

I missed him by 1 pick the next year when he was in DET. I remember being so mad at the dude who sniped him. Then he played like 4 or 5 games and did nothing.

Good times, good times.

Parker Washington, Deneric Prince, Xazavian Valladay, Evan Hull, Zach Kuntz.

The last 4 all had outstanding combine or pro days which is what got them on my radar and maybe for a lot of other people as well so can't say how under the radar they may or may not be. Parker Washington had ankle surgery and won't be doing any pre-draft testing.

Ahhh I didn't realize Parker was injured. He's got a decent profile, it's a shame he wasn't able to test. I am surprised he isn't returning for his senior year given the injury and underwhelming junior year. I guess he's mostly only played the slot but he performed really well as a sophomore with Jahan Dotson also on the team. Interesting wildcard of a player to keep an eye on.

Prince is an interesting size-speed combo. He could do something if he is able to ever find the field.

Xazavian is a little too old for me. 5 years in college, 24 years old.

Good stuff, thanks for sharing those names.
