So they are talking that rookies will be hurt by the CBA stall because of the uncertainty and teams just scrambling to get under the cap. Leinhart's agent thinks this is conjecture due to the new TV deal the NFL signed and predicts Matt gets more than Alex Smith got last year.

How does this play out assuming there is no CBA in place by the opening of training camps?
