I know this is a complete IF. I could see this scenerio playing out come draft day though, so I don't think this is too out there. Just trying to judge how much talent/situation comes into play when drafting in dynasty leagues. Is Bush STILL too good to pass up in this scenerio, or would situation win out?

I would take Maroney or Williams in these situations over Bush...in a redraft only.
You're spending way too much time on the board for someone on vacation down under. ;) Actually, great to have you checking in sir. Hope you're having a great time and report back regarding the snorkeling aspects.

Well, this is like the vacation before the vacation. I'm headed up North to the Great Barrier Reef in two days. Spent all day today tooling around downtown Melbourne. After the Great Barrier will be going to Sydney and then doing the "Gold Coast" trip the last couple of days.

We've seen so many Bush threads. It'll be interesting to see how things from a redraft format goes if he doesn't happen to go to Houston. Even if he does, I wonder how early he'll go in a 1 ppr league like WCOFF. I can't help but think he'll go too early and allow better talent to fall into your lap this season.

I'm jealous John. Have a great time. Don't end up on LOST island coming back. Be wary of large magnets. :banned:

You forgot White in Pittsburgh... that would be ideal for these RB's.
What about FWP? I doubt the Steelers bench Parker for White.
I love FWP but he doesn't fit the bill. I would rather see him fill a Tatum Bell like role and have a pounder get the rock 20-30 times a game. I'm not Bill Cowher though so we'll see what happens next year.

I still voted Bush. I am assuming dynasty and I am a believer that in the long run talent will win out over what opportunity a player gets drafted into over an NFL career for the truely elite players. If Bush is any where near as good as all the hype his talent will still put him at the top of this group by the end of his career.

Tough call, I think I'd have to go with Williams. I'd try and parlay the 1.1 into Williams and another RB.

Seriously, if the draft did turn out like that I would have to consider trading 1.01 for a mass of picks to either the 1.02 or 1.03 owner. If it's a PPR league, I take Bush without question unless an unbelievable deal is presented.

I'd take D'Angelo in Denver over Bush. I'm actually more excited to have 1.2 than 1.1

1.2 I've got my choice of player or situation, 1.1 you're expected to take Bush.

:2cents:
