Facing the LT owner and have just realized in multiple leagues I have beaten a team with LT on it 7 times out of 7 this year. Go figure.

Common theme here is that everyone owns either LT, SA or LJ. I think I'm the only one without one of these guys. Wonder how many people who had picks outside the top 3 ended up in the championship game. Good poll topic, perhaps.

QB- Drew Brees, Kitna

RB- LT , MJD, Travis Henry, Brandon Jacobs

WR- Harrison, Roy Williams, Andre Johnson, Reggie Brown, Vincent Jackson

TE- Gates

PK- Scobee

Other than LT, trading for Brees was the only other thing necessary. Those two won a few weeks by themselves.

Started out 2-5, then went on a run and barely snuck into the playoffs (while scoring the 2nd highest points in the league). The game tonight made it interesting, as TJ did next to nothing for me, but I squeaked out the win to make the championship game.....

Larry Johnson

Wouldn't it be more of a testament to all of the other picks the SA player made, rather than comparing him to the other two guys? Seems like you took a mulligan on your first round pick this year had you taken SA.

12 team redraft-going for REPEAT this week

After the draft I was pissed I missed out on Rudi at 1.07(got Sjax) and also mad that I took Westbrook over Willie Parker in the 2nd, although Parkers been good. I also took Randy Moss in the 3rd over Boldin on a "gut" feeling. Oh well, good luck all.

Was able to keep Rudi and FWP from last year, back in the pool next year.

Playing the LT owner in the SB, I did manage to beat him earlier in the year...

Don't you know it, Ditka! Nice to see some of us non LT and LJ owners in the championship game (good point made earlier about the SA owners with the injury there). Now I have to hear the other owners complain that I didn't deserve to be in the championship! Sour grapes big time! Yes, it sure is better to be lucky than good!!

Not me.14 team league, FBG scoring (no PPR). Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D.QB - Vick, RomoRB - Ronnie Brown, Rudi, Bush, Sammy Morris, DayneWR - Owens, Holt, Mark Clayton, Bryant, Randle ElTE - HeapK - KasayD - ChargersI have played the lower scoring QB between Vick and Romo for 7 straight weeks, and obviously suffered recently from Brown's injury, though Bush has nicely picked up the slack in a couple of games. Somehow, I made the finals despite myself. The bad news is that I now get to play the team with LT, Gore, and Brees.

Incorrect. Most teams don't own any of these players in this thread.

QB: Brees, Delhomme

RB: Tomlinson, Barber, Norwood, Turner, Harris, Greg Jones

WR: Owens, Harrison, DJax, Furrey, Hackett, Hagan, McMichael, Daniels

K: Kasay

D: Pittsburgh (will probably pick up and start the Colts next week)

Start 1-4. Ended 8-5. Top points scorer. Might possibly win 4th SB in 9 years.

Made it to the Championship game in 2 of 3 leagues. I was a proponent of drafting Manning if a stud RB didn't fall my way, and did so in two leagues. Remarkably, I am in the championship game in BOTH of them

10 Team Redraft - non PPR - 1st in points - Guppy league not as proud of this one

QB: Peyton Manning, Jeff Garcia

RB: Steven Jackson, Willie Parker, Chester Taylor

WR: Torry Holt, Donald Driver, Terry Glenn, Chris Henry, Mike Furrey

TE: Chris Cooley, LJ Smith

K: Jeff Wilkins

DEF: San Diego, St Louis

14 Team Redraft - PPR - No Trades - 1st in points - Competitive

QB: Peyton Manning, Alex Smith, Jeff Garcia

RB: Brian Westbrook, Dominic Rhodes, Wali Lundy, Leon Washington, Mike Bell, Michael Turner ... played best matchup for RB2.

WR: T.J. Housh, Donald Driver, Lee Evans

FLEX: Marques Colston or RB3

TE: Ben Watson, Vernon Davis

K: Robbie Gould

DEF: Carolina

2nd in points in my 3rd league, but lost in playoffs due to CIATRICK FASON!

QB: Hasselbeck, Kitna

RB: LT, Chester, Morris, Dayne

WR: Smith, Owens, Driver, Henry, Ma Clayton

Flex: Boldin

TE: Winslow, De Clark

K: Wilkins

They did at the time of my original post; in fact all of the teams did when I was writing it (yes, I type slow). But after more replies, its true that there are many owners without these players, which is nice to see.

Just won tonight:Carson Palmer, LT, Gore, Ladell Betts, Chad, Driver, Ben Watson, Tynes, Packers D.Packers D was a pick up this week based on matchup. Worked well. Got nothing from Carson/Chad/Watson, but still managed to win thanks to my RBs, and the D. Opponent lost due to poor WR play (S. Smith and Roy Williams) this week.....and Addai not playing well.

QB- P Manning

RB- T Bell or M Bell

RB- Dayne, don't laugh

WR- Burress

WR- Wayne

WR- Chambers or Mason

K- Kasay

DT- Somebody off the WW, probably Bills. I have been playing DTBC all year.

My RBs have been decimated by injury, as you can probably guess, but Manning bailed me out this week.

Makse sense. SA and LJ did little to help their owners out this week.
