The wife came home with bottles and bottles of this stuff last week as she wants both of us to start using this in place of our daily multi-vitamin. It is suppose to work better as it's a powder and is absorbed straight into your system vs a regular pill type vitamin which often times passes through you before it has had time to dissolve. I know this to be true in my case especially because I suffer from Crohn's disease.

Anyhow, she wants us (me) to give this a try to see if I notice any improvement.

Curious if anybody here uses this stuff? Thoughts/comments from those that do?

Vitamins (powdered, pills, etc) are for suckas.
