Fwiw, Jerry Sandusky was listed as a consultant receiving $57,000 in compensation from
Second Mile in 2008.
As a matter of fact, for
FY 8-31-2002, he got $57,000.
For
FY 8-31-2003 he got $57,000 Jerry was still listed on the BOT for Second Mile.
Similarly, for 8-31-2003, Sandusky got
$57,000 and is still listed as a director.
After 2008, the federal reporting requirement went from a $50k threshhold to $100k, so if Jerry got anything from Second Mile after 2008, it's buried in the other numbers.
I have an 18th birthday dinner to go to, now, but it sure looks like Sandusky remained very involved with Second Mile throughout the 2000's. It would not be hard to tell exactly when he came off the BOD by going through all the 990's. He also appears to have been drawing $57,000 per year as a "consultant" from Second Mile throughout the 2000's.
