**Jets at Bills**(-10, 46) 1:00 (1 Viewer)

-What is Buffalo playing for exactly? KC has the No 1 seed, they are a full 2 games ahead of Baltimore, just don't see the double digit spread, feels more like a trap game

The Bills D isn't good. Its a problem they are gonna have in the playoffs, and one I think can be exploited this week. I also think this is a trap game.

I think the Bills will hit some big plays, Cook, and Allen on the ground should have room. I think the passing game could be sketchier, even without Sauce.

For the Jets, I feel like this is Rodgers "this is what we were hoping for" game. I think he picks apart a very holey back 7. I also think Breece Hall could have a nice game. Conklin is a deep sleeper I think for those who had been riding Njoku or Otton. I do worry about Max Mitchell at LT, but one would hope he's not asked to just 1-1 block Rousseau all game.

Upset special
Jets-27
Bills-20

The Bills got a scare from The Pats last week
I don't think they let that happen this week
Their defense has issues
But they have more than enough offense to win this week
And they are trying to secure the #2 seed for the playoffs
I think Cook,Davis and Allen but up big rushing numbers
Josh picks his spots to throw
And their troubled defense turns The Jets over a few times...

The officials are making a concerted effort to make sure we remember how important they are.
I’ve been frustrated with individual calls, or officiating in certain games (especially against Brady) in the past, but the overall officiating this season has just felt especially bad.

I could be alone in this belief, but probably not. I believe Aaron would turn down a TD pass to anyone other than Adams.
would have been a ballsy slap at Aaron if the Buff D would have let his first pass to Conklin walk in for Aarons 500th TD.

Rodgers yelling at his TE when the TE seemed to be doing the right thing on that scramble drill while Rodgers badly under threw him was something. I guess Rodgers expected him to work back or sit on that, but there was a lot of space downfield for his TE.

Jordan Phillips ends up on other teams, does nothing, gets cut, resigns with the Bills and makes a couple of impact plays every game. It’s kind of crazy that he plays well in Buffalo but nowhere else.

Allen made a heck of a play/throw on that third down. Coleman needed to catch that. With as many rookie receivers playing well, Coleman hasn’t shown enough so far IMO. Needs to be better.

Bills have been pretty sure handed this year. Much better than last year. But a few frustrating drops today on some incredible throws by Allen.

Incredibly soft call on Rodgers there. The officiating in this game has been atrocious.
Very true. But still hilarious.

Would love if he ends this game having not thrown his 500th TD but throwing multiple picks, racking up an unnecessary roughness penalty, and setting the all time record for sacks taken.

I'll always love Aaron Rodgers but its objectively funny he got an unnecessary roughness flag after constantly pleading for penalties on similar plays his entire career.

Josh Allen with 5 straight seasons of 40+ total TDs. Next most ever was Brees with 3. Favre, Brady and Rodgers are the only other QBs to even have 2 straight.

Edit: Rodgers is the only ever player with 5 total seasons of 40+ TDs.

That was:

A. A stupid throw by Josh
B. A great play by Coleman to high point that ball
C. Not a personal foul on the Jets

No comment on the worst play design of the year, the worst execution, and the worst efforts at a fumble recovery this year? I guess they aren't paid to recover fumbles.

Nope. No comment.
My all-time favorite line from Dan Dierdorf, who I loved, was him describing a particular play as "terribly designed and horribly executed." That guy didn't mind criticizing active coaches and players.

That's a penalty on #72? I didn't realize you can't do that (serious statement).
Is that the guy who jumped on the pile? I thought that was a bizarre call too. Cook wasn't down and was moving the pile. It was a live ball. Why can't he try to tackle the ball-carrier?
Yeah it was that play.
The officials could have blown the whistle if they deemed the play over. They didn't. Seems like that play was on them TBH.

One of my favorite stories is about my friend’s dad trying out for the high school football team. Got his butt absolutely whipped by a senior all day to the point he quit after just one day. And that’s how Dan Dierdorf ended the football career of my friend’s dad in just one practice.
