Lately, yes. They miss Eric Berry a LOT. And their refusal to move Peters around allows teams to absolutely utterly destroy their #2 (usually their #3) who's just not good enough. Also Justin Houston is being misused, and doesn't seem all the way back from his injury to me. Not as quick as he was.
