Lebron James will never win a championship... (1 Viewer)

Also, his post game celebration after scoring the last 10 points here seem to me like it was upstairs also, such a big deal to beat Boston very early on in the playoffs. Just saying it doesn't seem to be mechanics to me. Here he didn't create shots as much as hit a few 3s and a few drives. But between the 2 videos we see him hit 3s, drive to the bucket and make dribble - shot moves. Where were they against Dallas? Dallas's doing? BronBron's Bean? I think a lil' of both.

I find it wholly believable, and in fact quite likely, that an above-average sports franchise would send its star player packing for mouthing something into a camera during the pre-season. I heard the 49ers finally decided to part ways with Joe Montana after he pantamimed being trapped in a box during OTAs. Last straw, I'm sure. Can't blame them, really.
:lmao:

It wasn't for mouthing "something" into a camera. It was for attempting to show up ownership by publicly demanding more money when he was already making $30 million a year. That was when ownership became fed up with him and decided that it was time to build the team around the younger star player rather than extending with an increase the contract of the aging, lazy star player who had just joined the team overweight and out of shape and yet already was making demands. Direct quote from Lakers assistant coach Tex Winter: "[O'Neal] left because he couldn't get what he wanted -- a huge pay raise. There was no way ownership could give him what he wanted. Shaq's demands held the franchise hostage, and the way he went about it didn't please the owner too much."
kobe pouted, they lost a finals, one of them had to goof course they are not going to come out and SAY that, it would crucify their chosen rapist

Now that the season is over, I'd like to say how impressed I was with his defense. He was a lot better on that side of the ball than I thought.

Really wish he had signed with Chicago and gotten a full year under a defensive guru like Coach Tibs.

It's been a rough go lately for Nike. First they sign Kobe and he promptly does his thing in Colorado. Then Tiger blows up (But they made way more than their share on him), and now LeBron <> Jordan.

oof

I can't watch anymore. How are the thunder throwing all these games away in the 4th? Pathetic these showboat spoiled brats get what they want.

Put this down in history.

LBJ will never win an NBA championship. He doesnt have the killer instinct or clutch play to become the best. He'll never be Magic and no way will he ever be Jordan.

I still think he'll become one of the best players in the NBA, but he'll be just like Peyton Manning. All stats and no rings.

If it takes a supposed franchise savior 3 NBA season before he hits a game winner... there's a problem. What's even worse is he has been considered "the man" practially since he put on a Cavs jersey.

Wade amd Melo on the other hand will win their fair share of championships.
Nailed this one too.

I'm scared to gloat yet. The series isn't over. A loss tonight and the pressure swings clearly over to the side of Miami.

Not a bad run.

Isn't he younger than Jordan was when he won his first title?|||||||||J
Shhhhh, no one wants to talk about that! Remember that killer instinct and will to win that Jordan was known for? Yeah, that was apparently MIA until he had a good enough team around him. Funny how even the best superstars don't win championships until they get a great team around them.

Gotcha. Guess we won't mention he's three years younger than Kobe was when he won his first Finals MVP. :hophead:

Maybe I'm off base, but it seems insulting to MJ to even begin comparing them right now. When he gets #4, we can start talking.
Agreed with the Jordan talk but It's not just about counting titles cuz he's better than Kobe has ever been.

It's gonna be a really difficult call if his career continues on this trajectory and he ends up with almost as many titles as Mike. It's not even like you can say "But LeBron is also a great defender!" So was Jordan. They both do/did it all.
