He launched and lead with his shoulder. The helmet to helmet contact was because the WR was twisting and falling.
he led high, with a slight upward trajectory to his launch. Call it bad luck contact started H2H if you'd ;like, but his launch was asking for that, and he earned both the foul, and (at least IMO) the ejection. Not to mention the hit was LATE.
BTW, they've been kicking college players out of games for that hit based on booth reviews for a few years now
