Looking for links that Dolphins pay celebs to attend games (1 Viewer)

Today's PTI show mentioned that the Miami Dolphins are desperately trying to get celebs to attend their games by paying their hotels, lunch money and other expenses.

I'm scouring the web for any info about this and there is none to be found.

Man, how desperate are the Dolphins getting to stray attention away from the fact that they stink?

I'll say it again...Miami is the worst sports city in the country. No surprise here...

I read a story about this in the Sun Sentinel recently - it's true. If you are looking for a link, try there.eta: it was the week after the Pats game, I think, becasue Giselle Bundchen (Brady's GF) was one of the celebs they were woo'ing (IIRC).

Hardly
No question. 675 people at a Marlins game last month. Being touted as the "worst crowd in MLB history". Not to mention that half the NFL blackouts in '06 were from Miami. Even their talk radio hosts are New Yorkers...and talk about the Giants more than the Dophins. Oh wait...the Heat were on fire for about a month after they won a ring. This from a metro poplution of 5.5 Million.

Cubans aren't into sports, I guess.

Not American sports...or at least not enough to sink money into them like Americans.
