Carter is sitting on WW....should i gamble on Allgear...or bet that Hall will break out and push Carter completely aside...
I could also cut Kment..I have Goddard...its 10 Teams so a backup TE is not absolutely necessary

You answered your own question. Drop Kmet and pick up Carter. By the time you need a backup Tight End you should at least have an idea of how things are playing out for these guys.

No reason to have two TE's. Cut one and pickup Carter
