McAllister doesn't see a single carry in the 4th Q (1 Viewer)

Obviously the entire Saints offense sucked horribly, but I was counting on this guy to be a RB2 in some leagues (obviously after taking some stud WRs) and I noticed that in the 4th quarter he didn't see a single snap while Aaron Stecker was in on several downs. Do we just attribute this to the Saint's basically being out of contention in the 4th quarter?

saints misused their RBs all game.Deuce should be the main ball carrier. Bush should be the receiving threat. in this game, Bush was the main ball carrier and Deuce got a few short carry duties.

Yeap.... After Bush dropped the 1st couple of dump-offs... I would of had Duece in their a hell of alot more.

Agreed. The Colts sat wayyy back in coverage and dared the Saints to run the ball and throw check down passes(like the Bears did to the Colts in last season's Super Bowl). The Saints should have ran the ball with Duece the entire first half trying to tighten up the Colts defense. The way it played out it didn't make much sense to have Deuce in the game during the 4th quarter.McAllister will get his numbers this season. :goodposting:

right, as an owner the only positive I took from this game was how terrible Bush looked doing the tween-the-tackles RB stuff and how horrible their offense looked with him getting only 10 carries. Surely Payton is smart enough to see that not establishing the run cost him any shot at winning this game.
