Sometimes I am so happy that the message board is the part you dont have to pay for.... Someone asks a simple question and some j*@k ### has something smart to say about it and does anything but give an answer.... I love the fbg's site and all the perks you get on the pay side.... just gets frustrating some of the jerks that get in here.

Obviously being outside the buffalo area and only getting the bears-chargers game... and a McGahee owner... I also want to know if he's ok or not..... and dont want to wade through post after post of junk to get an answer.

So, out of all these people in the thread, no one listening to this game or watching it

From the game thread someone watching mentioned that the play he was injured on could not be identified. Also mentioned he came back to the bench in full gear, but was unlikely to return. Best guess from this guy is probably something minor it appeared to him. Probably a hammy tightening up.

Thank you. I appreciate the update.

:banned: During regular season, McGahee always used to take himself out of games holding his leg and then come back out

I cannot even remember how many times that happened last year

Oh well....

I do remember WIllis last year doing this same thing a few times. He would be injured, then seem to shake it off and go back in. Nothing like getting scared on your RB1 every other game.

That's very good news as I own him

in 999 of the 1000 FF leagues I'm currently in.

Can we delete this thread now ?

Bills RB McGahee dehydrated

Written by: Chris Brown ¦ 8/18/2006

RB Willis McGahee was sick to his stomach and vomiting and had to go to the locker room to get treated.

"Willis had trouble keeping fluids in him," said Jauron. "His time (on the field) was done anyway. We wanted to get him a number of carries and that went well with the exception of the fumble. There's never a good excuse for a fumble. He made a good run on that one, struggling for extra yards, but he got it knocked out and it was a big swing in that game because it went all the way back for a touchdown. I was pretty happy with what Willis did except for that fumble obviously. We can't have it on the ground."

Well,as injuries go, that's some good news for MaGahee owners. As long as Buffalo doesn't run out of Pedialyte, they should be OK.

Can we really trust this, I mean it was written by the Titans RB. Clearly he is trying to create doubt in our minds about McGahee so his draft stock will go up. Nice try Chrissy! ;)

Well, geez, sure we should trust it. Who would know more about injuries than him?

Did anyone actually see the game? I a curious to hear how McGahee actually looked. Better than last year? Its nice to see he finally broke a long one,. And if you take away that long run, he still averaged over 3 YPC. HOw did he look?

His series are listed below, 8-27 without the long TD run, and he lost a fumble. He got stuffed a few times and had some nice gains. Unfortunately, no targets in the passing game, which is disconcerting. Didn't see the game, but I am pleased (obviously) with his night...other than the fumble of course.First Quarter

Kellen Winslow.

when they stopped throwing to him (last year) I stopped starting him. He's still down on my list but I'm paying some attention.

The bad news for McGahee owners is....Losman.

Seriously. I gasped and feared the worst when I saw the title. Then had to sort through several lines of nothing to find out that McGahee's basically fine. I appreciate that the title was posted when it was unknown how hurt McGahee was, but changing the title might reduce stress for the next McGahee owner who comes to the shark pool.

The injury seems to be dehydration at this point.

This is sensationalism at it's worst.
