It updates every 30 seconds...

For those that want it (as I posted this a short time ago): http://myfantasyleague.com/gameday.php, download, enter league id number, done. That easy. And it does suck that I can't use it on my Mac, but it's the only drawback to having one thus far, IMO. But great, free app.

 
I love being able to switch to any of my leagues live scoring. Can yahoo do that? If memory serves they can't, and to me that is very important when you play in multiple leagues.

 
yahoo doesnt have anything close to what GAME DAY is. It truly rocks! Especially for those like me that have way over ten MFL leagues! You can watch them live at same time. Check scores each of them instantly. Even get TD notices instantly. It%s like red zone on super fan except even faster and with ALL your mfl fantasy teams and leagues built in.

Hold up. That's two people in this thread alone that are in more than ten leagues. I have MLS (Multiple League Syndrome) trying to keep track of three. This might deserve a poll.

MFL Gameday is indeed awesome, but it sounds like there are people in here banging on stat tracker that haven't used it in 5 years.

It doesn't let you use it for multiple leagues? Wha? It's been doing that for at least 3 years.

Gameday updates every 30 seconds. Stattracker updates dynamically, instantly. So if you have three things happen at 10 second intervals (generally it's way more than 3, since there are around 8 games going on at a time) on Gameday you wait 30 seconds and then get all 3, on stattracker you get them as they actually happen.

The only thing that Gameday really does that stattracker doesn't is play the sound for TDs, which is a fairly neat feature.

You might need to see a specialist if you're bumping league management software that updates "dynamically" over another that updates every 30 seconds.

I just downloaded it. Is there any way to use tabs instead of the dropdown box to see all your leagues? I just thought it would easier flicking back and forth that way. They've already got some tabs (Fantasy Games, NFL Games, Top Performers etc...), so I'm a little surprised they didn't incorporate them with the leagues as well?
 
Multiple leagues take away the 'urgency" of being in only one league.

Really...one league is all you need....if the league is good enough.

One league is not enough for me no matter how good it is. Only time restrictions keeps me from playing in 50 leagues. :goodposting:

 
agreed.

MFL is horribly slow too. I realize they get a crush of traffic starting about now, but this is their business, and they've been around a few years. Opening Sunday really should not be an issue.

 
OK, this thing has some issues, which I have faith will be corrected by the MFL guys. But with this active, I'm never dealing with the annoying NFL.com again on gameday. The info alone is nifty, in a decent format, but the voice announcements while I have it in the background are AWESOME.

 
FYI, if anyone is installing this on a PC with Vista, don't install it in the default directory (c:\program files\myfantasyleague). Instead, install it in c:\myfantasyleague. Keeping it out of the c:\program files directory in Vista may solve some of the issues you might be having.

TD, FGs, Turnovers, and Sacks are by default.You can also have it announce Teams in the Red Zone, First and Fourth Downs, and NFL and Your Fantasy scores.I repeat. AWESOME.
