**Monday Night Football - Chiefs at Jaguars**(+3.5, 45.5) 8:15 (5 Viewers)

I think the status of Xavier Worthy honestly decides this game. If he's out, I think the Jags can stick with the ground game and win. If he's playing, he unlocks the Chiefs offense, and the Jags may not be able to keep up. Sunday downgrades on a Monday game, don't leave me feeling optimistic.

I think the Jags win outright.

Jags D has been playing well, they could keep this one close
Trevor needs to show up
How many shots of Jaxson DeVille will we see?
Jags not used to Prime Time
I think they play well
And win...

Duuuuuuuuvallll- 23

K.C.- 20

.....you guys picking the Jags are on some good ####.

Feel free to share.
I'm just now chiming into this thread and I too think the Jaguars are going to win this game. I believe the Jags are more physical and will be able to run the ball effectively, with enough plays in the passing game to keep Mahomes off the field. I'm not saying this is the week, but I'm expecting BTJ to have a monster game soon.

I just want to know if my BTsd share is ever going to be worth anything north of bupkis.

Unstartable, untradeable, unbelievable what we paid for this.

Chiefs stink.

Jags win this pretty easily. Fired up crowd and a team with something to prove.
Reverse psychology never works ;)
I'm being serious this time.

:oldunsure:

In all reality, I don't like this Chiefs team that much. Just a weird mojo around them. Kinda like a fat, dumb and happy entitled bunch.

How long have you disliked them for this?
This year.

Interesting. What changed for you this year?

I could see that in past years but after the Super Bowl, it seems they are way less top dog. Wondering what changed for you this year.

Not much relevant data on Jags MNF performance....they've only played twice on Mondays since 2011

Total MNF: 6-10, outright, 7-9 ATS, 9/8 over under

MNF at home: 6-6 outright and ATS, 6/6 O/U

MNF as home dogs: 0-6 outright, 1-5 ATS, 2/4 O/U

I'm also giving my subscribers my stone-cold prop bet lock free this week:

Average weight of all adults in the pool: OVER 225

Go jags!

Chiefs D is playing really well and Lawrence will wilt in the bright lights of Monday Night.

KC 27-10

I'm actually hoping for a Thomas Jr 2025 breakout game but just don't see it

Chiefs 25...Jaguars 20

-There will be a Safety, a big ETN TD and other nice chunk plays, BTJ will lead all Jags WRs
The Chiefs will exploit Worthy, look for him to score with the help of Mahomes, yellow laundry will play a part tonight as well

relax @Joe Bryant ....he is just taking his reverse psychology schtick to a whole new level this year since we started 0-2....defcon level one type stuff....

Travon Walker inactive…that’ll make a difference tonight. Look for Mahomes to break contain and put up some good yardage on the ground.

I've always found things like this interesting and that people spend time and actually think they gain something from it.........cause what has happened before really has nothing to do with tonight.....and the numbers don't factor in past and or current roster situations, coaching, recent and/or past injuries, etc....but it is some people's jam I guess...

I hoping against that although he won me my 16 team last year. Looking forward to Little kicking a few 50+ yard FG's!

I've been tossing and turning on this prediction all day. Realized last night that I failed to make a pick in one of my survivor contests. Head was telling me KC, but gut was saying JAC. All of that said, I'm changing my pick for the last time.... To KC. The last few comments in this thread, combined with Walker being inactive and Worthy active (and the rough numbers ATS for JAC on MNF) have tilted me ever so slightly to the Chiefs.

I have almost zero riding on tonight, in terms of fantasy, which is nice for a change. I guess I'm just going all in on a Chiefs win.

the jags have done a pretty good job of at least creating the illusion that they are a pretty good team this year. meanwhile, kc bounced back last week with the return of worthy....BUT this was against the corpse of the baltimore ravens. etienne victorious over spagnola. 24 21.

No idea if it happens or not, but if I were Liam Coen, I'd really try and get Travis Hunter involved (on offense) early. Even if its just in the opening 15. Just get him out there as a threat. They need him more at WR than CB, even if he's better at CB.

Gonna go out on a limb (not really a limb but its been about 50-50 so far this year) and say Etienne does NOT have a 40+ yard TD this week, though I think he still has a solid game. Do wonder if Tuten sees more run game work than usual if the Jags try and run more ball control.
