He'll probably go wherever he gets the most $$$, and smarter teams generally are less likely to give a guy like him (injury history, two years of declining performance) a long term deal with any type of guarantees. I know that his FF owners want him in Indy or Carolina, but then again so did Decker owners. The players themselves don't care about your FF team.

Your post assumes that he stops being Hakeem Nicks. Most of the time, people are who they are. For me? I sold Nicks in 2012. Happy about that too. Maybe you should read more and it'll help you learn.

Sorry, but that made me laugh.

I did the deal already having Calvin, D Thomas and Gordon as my 1-2-3 - with Terrance Williams as depth and the #1 and #2 rookie picks this year already (Watkins and Evans). I also had 34 players rostered (including IDP), and need to trim that down to 31 prior to our rookie draft in August - so in essence I got a likely late 1st next year (at best the #5, at worst the #10), and the extra player I can now roster with that spot (Donald Brown or Khiry Robinson or D'Qwell Jackson).

I would personally prefer him in Indy but it is much more likely he goes to Charlotte (played high school ball at Independence).

Do you seriously believe that he'd take a one year prove it deal in Indy or Carolina over a big multi year deal in Oakland or Jacksonville?

The rookie picks are even riskier (but with possibly higher reward the deeper you go) because we draft before the NFL, and I'd far prefer Hunter to a random late 1st round player who could get drafted anywhere in the draft to any team in the NFL, if at all (Da'Rick was the 4th overall pick in this league last year).

Pretty close imo, but would take Julio and Lacy. With Calvin getting a little older guys like Jones may be closing the gap a bit and while I think Tate and Gerhart can be useful players and perhaps even be as productive as Lacy, I'll take his youth and "less risk".

Calvin is still best player in the deal though.

Julio has injured the same bone in his foot twice in 4 years now. It's serious enough to knock him out of the season. I can understand that people want to get out of the Julio Jones owning business.
