I would LOL if someone offered me a late first in next years draft.Anyone who says good deal most likely is in the same boat and traded short. He signs in Indy or Carolina you sold real short. We'll see what kind of contract he gets relative to solid #2s like Decker and Tate -- and I'm pretty sure that it will be much less in $, years, and guarantees. Nicks has been hot garbage for two years now, and his FF value will likely be entirely dependent on where he signs. Could his value bounce back some in the right situation? Sure. But
it's probably equally likely he goes to Oakland or Jacksonville or somewhere else where he'll be dead man walking. Either way, there's nothing at all wrong with wanting to cash out now for reasonable value. It isn't 2010 / 2011 anymore.turn you
