I don't do it. All the pieces on the Sankey side stand to have a significant increase this year.I would pay that for Allen alsoI think he's saying he didn't go through with it. I'm not even thinking about the DST or Manuel. To me Allen is worth more than Sankey, Randle and LaFell by a decent amount. Sankey could be good but he also could be a COP back like some have indicated. Randle could be good, he could win the 2 job but he might end up as the 3. Lafell has little value, the news that he might fill the Hernandez role is silly. Allen is the unquestioned number 1. He was number 2 in Offensive ROY voting and had one of the best WR rookie years ever. If nothing more Allen could be leveraged more easily into an elite player than Sankey/Randle combo. Startup wise Allen is a mid 2. Sankey mid to late 4, Randle 8. Few people would trade a mid 2nd for a mid 4th and an 8th. In a vacuum I still like Allen here but I also think that he could be a stepping stone to the next level that the other guys are not.I don't do it. All the pieces on the Sankey side stand to have a significant increase this year. Allen himself could go up by 10-15%, but you've got to need a low-end WR1/high-end WR2 to even care. In a vacuum, okay, but WR is so deep, most guys already have two WRs who'll score 200 to 250 pts in PPR.I would pay that for Allen alsoI think he's saying he didn't go through with it. He had posted in assistant coach last week. I would have been all over it personally.Somebody else in your league did then?I did NOT make the following trade last week

Panthers D likely stays the same or a little worse, tougher schedule. Manuel very little value unless 2 QB or SuperFlex.
Add in positional scarcity of relevant RBs, easy reject.
Good chance Andre sits out a lot of camp crying. Mcclain doesn't seem to think Houston will trade him and eventually he'll report so he gets his money, but it could be late. in that scenario, he's an even worse injury risk and likely takes a while to adjust to a new offense. Give me Cord.If those contracts are firm limits, I'd take 2 years of Andre for 3 of Patterson.Guess if you are win now that might make sense but I like Patterson on this deal.Think Jones is pretty much equal to Williams as wellGave:

This is the first year of this league too. Our startup draft was just a couple weeks ago. Julio and Fitz for Brown and junk.
Some guys are just perennial rebuilders chasing young upside forever. I imagine he will regret this big time. The worst part being that even if he hits the jackpot on some of these guys, his best hope is to get the same production he already had. I know guys get nervous about age and injury history, but sometimes you gotta just stick with what you have and hope for the best.So after Team A went through with this trade and lost Julio/Fitz, he then turned around did this:This just went down in my league and it blew my mind.

4ths and 5ths are all longshots, anyway. They're lottery picks. If you like one lottery pick available, I have no problem trading another lottery pick to get him.Just traded a 2015 4th round rookie pick for the 5th round pick on the clock (10 team dynasty). Have my choice of Martavis Bryant or Paul Richardson. Either way, I like it for the last spot on my practice squad. Thoughts on trading a pick one round better the following year (as in a 4th next year for a 5th this year)?
I think that's a slight exaggeration. I certainly wouldn't give three rookie firsts (Benjamin + 2015 and 2016) plus Jordan Reed and a fistful of prospects for Julio. He could have gotten all that for Julio himself...So after Team A went through with this trade and lost Julio/Fitz, he then turned around did this:This just went down in my league and it blew my mind.

I don't know - one pick is in 2016 and I'm not high on Benjamin and would never had used a first round pick on him. I think most would put them in that category. Rice is still an 8th round startup pick and a 2015 2nd (the 6th is has little value) is selling low and then some.Williams a 6th round pick a 2015 1st which is worth an 8/9 at best for an elite stud is uber cheap. Shocked others in the league weren't more proactive. Rebuilding or win now he should have been able to haul a young tier 2 WR (like Cobb/Allen) and a 1st at a minimum. Nicely done.Of course I like the trades for me or I wouldn't have made them, but I wouldn't put them in that category. He had been selling these guys for awhile, everyone had a shot at them.
