*** OFFICIAL *** 13/14 Off-Season Dynasty Trade Thread (2 Viewers)

12 Team PPR QRRWWTKD + Flex + SuperFlex, TE Premium

Team F gave: Foster, 2015 1st (mid-late)

Team Z gave: Gio, Hill

For context, Team Z, in receiving Foster, has Grimes, but not Blue.
I don't need context, Z got screwed.
I know people are down on foster but he's a top ten back when healthy. Maybe better than that. And he's only turning twenty eight. To start the season, so he could have another the years of elite production left in him. It's aggressive to bank on the years, but that's the upside. Gio and hill could both go their entire careers without a single top ten season between them. They're stuck in committee, they play in a traditionally tough division for running backs, and they have duck complementary skills that they might just be stuck like that forever.

Personally, I have hill very low and while I like gio, foster and a first headed into a rb heavy draft would be tempting.

I would have asked for a bit more, but it's not that big a gap.

In twelve or fourteen team leagues I take the Cutler side. in ten team, i take the Martin side.

Patterson and Martin have similar upside, and Ridley is boom or bust. Cutler has upside as a low end starting quarterback in a ten teamer but in twelve or fourteen he could be a legit number one. That's a big enough difference to swing the deal.

12 Team PPR

Gave 1.05 (Hyde) + 3.09 + Greg Jennings

Received Kendall Wright + 2.05
Seems fairly even without knowing the rosters.
20 man rosters so the 3rd round pick was pretty worthless to me and Greg jennings is probably never starting for me. I have Cobb, Andre Johnson, Wright, Cooks. Start 3 WR. 1 flex.
Do you have to start 2 RB?
Yup . He also took Cooks at 1.02 :)

Kendall Wright for me

PPR I find it difficult to take Hyde at 1.05 also so maybe that part makes it for the other side

I'll take the bolded.

Olsen trade is close...if you need a TE thats a good price on Olsen.

Last trade is really bad. Bowe should be worth both those guys.

Decker >>>>>>> any DT and Kearse

12 Tm QRRWWWTF PPR(1)

Gave:
K.Thompkins

2nd

Got:

C. Simms

3rd

The 2nd round pick could be anywhere--could be top 3 or bottom 3. The league is wide open.

12Tm QRRWWWTFFF PPR:1/1/1.5

Gave:

Rice/Pierce

Got:

Vereen/Ridley/Ausberry
Rice/Pierce for me
Same. I like Rice this year.

Both the Pats backs are in the final year of their contracts and Pats don't seem to like paying RBs. Could see White and a rookie there in 2015. Wouldn't even be shocked to see White make a move this year.

If you own White already, I could get behind it a bit more.

I think that's fair. I can see one finding the BAL group safer. I like Vereen a good deal more than Rice or Pierce, however, and that's what it came down to. I'd happily have traded Rice/Pierce for Vereen alone in PPR formats.

As for the Pats paying him--who knows. He's not a traditional RB, however, so I don't use their treatment of traditional RBs as an indicator of how they'll handle Vereen.

Lastly, White is not the likely Vereen cuff, so I'm not too worried about adding him. It would be nice to cuff Ridley, but, again, Ridely's only a bit of icing--the deal was about Vereen.

12 team PPR dynasty

Gave: Sankey and Reuben Randle

Received: M. Bell and Hillman
Ball for me at the moment
Felt it was close, but hopeful Ball can do everything Moreno did last year and more. If he does, I'll be happy.
It is close.

I am going with Sankey but I like Randle more than some I think

Full PPR:

Randall Cobb and Justin Hunter

for

Alshon Jeffery and Tre Mason
Love Jeffery but taking Cobb and Hunter here
I expect most people to like that side as well, but I'm on the side receiving Jeffery. My other WRs are Patterson, Floyd, Evans, Tate, Randle so I figured I had the depth to get rid of Hunter. I've been trying to dish Cobb for an upgrade for a while now. With all their new rookies, I just don't see any way that Cobb returns next year and want to sell him while he's still considered a top 10 WR.

Not a huge fan of Mason but I need depth at RB. Maybe if Mason can learn how to pass block he can be valuable in a couple years.

So there's a chance I could have held onto Hunter for a little longer to see if his value goes up, but almost no chance he ever cracks my lineup so decided to sell for an upgrade to my starting lineup and a potential lottery ticket at RB in a couple years.

12 team PPR dynasty. Which side wins looking at trade without rosters?

Team A: Cooks, WR Hunter, J. Bell, Eifert

Team B: Calvin, Reed

It might seem crazy to some, but this was a hard trade for me to make. Reason being, I have major chub for Cooks and Hunter. But I couldn't pass this up, especially since my team is in win now mode. Starting lineup is filthy (but I realize by no means a guarantee to win anything in FF)

RG3 or Foles

Bernard and Morris (or Martin)

Calvin, AJG, Julio, Cobb (or Sanders on bye)

Reed or V.Davis

Panthers D

This is a 12 team league going into year 6 before someone says I'm playing with preschool kids ;)
