***OFFICIAL 2009 NFL DRAFT*** (1 Viewer)

Kenny Britt, don't know much about him. Hopefully it will pay off in the long run. I guess Tenn. thought that all the WR's were pretty much the same so waiting to see which one fell in their lap was ok
imo, drafting a WR no matter who was left is bad form...as much as the Lions are chided for Pettigrew, he was BPA and will be a beast for them. taking a 2nd/3rd round player in the 1st round because you were committed to taking one no matter what is a recipe for disaster.
It's just like FF drafting - you look at the player that would be there the next time you pick and decide based on that - the Titans clearly were not enthralled with the WR options at the end of the 2nd round, nor do they have a lot of obvious holes. Britt was a mid-2nd round talent that would not last to their pick - now, should they have traded down? Probably. But we do not know their options for trading down, nor do we know if they wanted to take the risk of trading down and not getting their man.

Crabtree to San Fran.

Moreno to Denver.

Brown to Indy.

Wells to Zona?

Not to mention Maclin landing in Philly or Nicks in NYG.

This draft is an FF wet dream it looks like.
SF is not a very good location for Crabtree IMO.The RBs have all landed in tremendous spots for fantasy owners though.

Agreed, it will nice to see there next couple of picks. I would love to see them pick up Iglesias he is a stud.

Wow, could you have asked for better fantasy positions for the top 3 RB's in this class? DEN, IND, ARI?
Wells' FF problem will be a GL hog and receptions thief in HightowerHe might approach 1000 rush yards, but I don't know if he will have a significant impact otherwise

Disagree he's a mid second. He runs excellent routes, is very large and fairly fast. Plus he's a nasty blocker and helped turn around one of the worst programs in 1A into a winner.

:lmao:

the next bob sanders! Something must be wrong with Rey for him to drop like this....but i'm very happy with this guy...fast and a big hitter.

That's fine - higher than mid-second is clearly how the Titans see his talent :thumbup:My only point is that he is not a 2nd/3rd round talent, he's better. And he likely wouldn't be there when they pick again - and that is the decision for them.

Would disagree. Hill started 9 last year and threw for 2000+. I don't think he's going to suddenly fall off there. SF is PPR gold for Crabtree. Oakland was the one spot I was dreading for Crab. Moreno to Denver is pretty meh to me with possible 3rd down & GL subs. Addai's mediocre as a full-time guy (just built to be a PT guy and I expect him and Brown to split for the next several years). Like Wells to AZ the most.
