Plus, the Jags' line stinks, he'll be facing 8 man fronts constantly and Bortles will limit his TD opportunities. Wouldn't touch him before about round 5 in redraft leagues. 

Jags run a ton of 3 WR sets for good reason and Fournette matches up with none of that.

Just a terrible pick.

Because with 3 receivers downfield the odds of a Bortles throw passing near one of them is greater?

Cooper, Watkins, Blackmon. Last 3 WRs drafted in top 5. Health/off field issues aside, from a pure talent perspective, that's the level of play to look for from Davis. That could be a great pick for Titans/Mariota.
