Done without Yadi. :(
I think we should melt him down and feed him to the Clydesdales.Does this mean we can sell Broxton for lamp oil?
I originally had whale oil, but I didn't want to be mean. My issue with him is not his weight. It's that he sucks out loud.I think we should melt him down and feed him to the Clydesdales.Does this mean we can sell Broxton for lamp oil?
(Is that harsh? That seems harsh.)

The A's can have him. I'll pay his salary the rest of the season. Just get him off the roster. It was a bit uncouth.
When you're a spoiled fan of a team willing to spend money while making many more good decisions than bad ones, #### like this slips out sometimes. We've gotten so used to having RHPs who throw 97 with movement come off the assembly line, a guy like Broxton stands out.
Yes. His was throwing "only" 96-97 on Monday, so he needed a night off.Was Rosenthal unavailable last night due to pitching on Sunday and Monday?
You're saying you don't want STL to pick up his $9mm team option next year? The A's can have him. I'll pay his salary the rest of the season. Just get him off the roster. It was a bit uncouth.

I'm going to wait and see what Dave Cameron says before deciding what is best. You're saying you don't want STL to pick up his $9mm team option next year? The A's can have him. I'll pay his salary the rest of the season. Just get him off the roster. It was a bit uncouth.

Composition is free. My singing it would cost your hearing, popularity, and most of what remains of your soul.Sac, how much would it cost me to have you compose and sing a terrible Cardinals fan song that usually comes out this time of year?

Right? That's So Taguchi. We're going to have to bring Willie McGee out of retirement at this rate.
By Bourjos' reaction and the way he was laying, I thought the same thing. That they refused to air the replay for so long was not reassuring. No fractures or serious damage reported from tests on Piscotty's head, face, and neck last night. Spent the night in the hospital, diagnosed with a head contusion.
Bourjos's knee is fine, though mentally he was badly shaken up by the play. Impressed he was able to stay in the game and make the play he did later in the inning.
Carpenter said he felt like he couldn't move after the collision. Stayed crouched by third base the whole time the medical staff was on the field. From his POV, Carp was sure Piscotty had broken his neck.
Yes. And in new ways, too.Take last night for example. Carpenter scored the go-ahead run from 1st on a dribbler up the middle. That ball could easily have been a double play, but the Cardinals won the game on it.this group.
Not the best Cardinals team, but they just keep getting things done.
Well it was. Watching Piscotty get hurt last night hit way to close to home.Bob Sacamano said:Wait, was that a serious request? I thought this was just one of them there internet mocking things you read about in the newspapers.
