As a Caps fan, love seeing all the Nate Schmidt love and thinking about how they left him unprotected in favor of Marcus Johansen who they then turned around and dumped for draft picks in a salary cap move. That was great and made a lot of sense

Funny, but it's my understanding that the chanting isn't mocking, it's attempting to get under his skin so he'll screw up. It really never works, though.

Peg wasn’t really in that game from the outset.  Last time that happens.

They could only protect 3 D and they went with Niskanen,Carlson and Orlov so MJ90 really wasn't even in the equation to keep Schmidt.For me it was down to Orlov vs Schmidt and still think they made the wrong choice letting Nate go.
