I think it's going to be Meredith.  Royal will get his share but will most likely be hurt more.  I really hope to see the rookie Braverman get a shot.

 
Hawkeye that is pretty much his only option the way i see it.  Everyone should get a shot the season is over.  Too Bad after the Cubs did so great.

I think Miller and Meredith. Miller is going to get even more dump offs as Meredith / Royal strike fear in no secondary, but he'll try to go deep at least a few times a game and Meredith is more capable of that than Royal IMO. 

Should be a nice bump in targets for all three, really. And against not awesome defenses while playing from behind, there should be some decent garbage time stats* (*note: I am assuming everything after opening kickoff = "garbage time") 

 
Was offered Alshon as part of a trade I'm working on...Is he worth stashing until he returns?  He comes back to GB and Wash at home.  Any chance the Bears hold him out of the final three games?  I don't see that happening.  Considering the deal, but curious to see if Jeffrey is worth it, or if I should go look for a different add-on player.

As others have said, I would not feel confident rolling him out in the playoffs after a month off. We aren't talking about a week 4-8 suspensions where you can absorb a bad week. I would be looking the other way in redraft.

 
Alshon's got a juicy week 15 matchup at home aganist the Packers and few other quality receiving options available in Chicago. I wonder where he'll be ranked among WRs assuming he's a full go? I think he's definitely worth an add if you're looking for upside.

I am not ready to insert Alshon into my playoff lineup Week 15.  Barkley is playing better than his stats suggest, and getting a true number one wideout could be the shot in the arm the Bears' offense needs, but the deep ball may not be Barkley's strength.  I am not especially concerned with Alshon's preparation and conditioning coming off a four-week absence, but I am concerned about a lack of chemistry between Barkley and Alshon.  Even If Alshon quickly develops a rapport with Barkley and establishes himself as the team's go-to receiver this week against the Packers, he probably cannot be relied upon in a Week 16 Fantasy Championship Game at home against Josh Norman and the Washington Redskins.

 
so who's rolling with him? He wasn't putting up the numbers before the suspension, but should be playing catch up against GB..lots of passes to be thrown.

I see no reason not to use him as a flex play this week if you don't have better options.  I'm guessing about 5 catches for 75 yards.

Thinking about starting him over Jon Stewart, Pierre Garcon, Tyler Boyd at flex. Not sure yet, I need highest ceiling, which I think he has.

 
Anyone concerned about the weather situation? Could be single digit degrees with wind and snow.  

I want to play him instead of Garcon, but so nervous...

snow is not being forecasted here. instead, he'll just have to contend with temps well below zero. 

 
WRs are going for a lot on money lately.  Rumor has it that Still is looking to get $12 million a year.  Would you rather have Stills for $12 mil or Jeffery for $14?

Brown being the highest paid WR makes sense though.  Paying Stills $12M a year doesn't.  Especially with the talent in the draft.

 
People are saying DeSean and Garçon are going to command $10mil + a year and they are both on the wrong side of thirty. I think Jeffrey is going to get crazy money. WRs aren't like RBs in that they can produce at a high level in their first few years. It generally takes some time for them to hit their stride. So even with a deep draft class, WRs that have shown to be productive are going to get paid big time.

The Rams make the most sense imo.  They clearly need help on offense, they need a better target for their 2nd year qb to have a chance to succeed and although they do have plenty of picks, none until pick 37. If they can address one of their bigger needs in FA, that gives them more options in the draft.  And they have enough cap space. 

Philly - again, to give their 2nd year qb better options though they're not as desperate.  

Titans - when you have one of the best young QBs in the league and rishard Matthews is your best receiver, you don't have much depth behind him and walker, your team is strong and rising (wr and corner are the key needs),  and you have over $60 million in space, you might want to sign someone.  Most of us will be pissed if they don't address both receiver and corner this year. Sure they can draft a receiver (Davis please), but I'd rather see them hit the secondary early and often in the draft.

Am I one of the few that think the Bears should have tagged Jeffery again?  The Bears have more than enough money to pay him the $17M and they'd have a good WR for a new QB for another year.  It wouldn't matter if Jeffery performed to the level of his pay or not because it's just for one season.  You either spend that money on him or you sit on it because I doubt they spend all that cap in FA this year.

 
Would think a high priced free agent would fit best on a team with lots of cap space.

SF comes to mind. 

Could also see CLE make a run at him. Imagine Jimmy Garoppolo having T.Prior and A.Jeffrey to throw the ball to? Could be fun to watch.

 
Free agent Alshon Jeffery's agent had a "positive meeting" with Chicago.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says both sides are "more than open" to a reunion. It's going to be hard to keep Jeffery from hitting the market as the top wideout available, but Chicago has the cap space to get a deal done. Jeffery is expected to command $15 million annually.

Dorsett is not very good. Moncrief is still young so there is time but his physical attributes have not translated to me, looks like more of a JAG.

Meanwhile the OL I thought improved a lot last season.

They have bigger needs at RB and on the defensive side but draft is deep for both. I for one see this as making sense for the Colts, but I still think Alshon ends up back in Chicago or in Philly.
