from your lips to god's ears.Wild guess with nothing to back it up but I'm predicting news after the bell.

Expert support doesn't equal clinical trial success. Not sure why but I'm not that concerned right now.
I'm just trusting the experts at this point.
With no insight at all behind the scenes and a multitude of reasons of why this may be delayed, all I can do is trust the experts and their opinion of the science.
It feels good to be calm.
Of course it doesn't. Assuming something bad has happened when you have no visibility into what is going on behind the scenes doesn't make sense to me either though.Expert support doesn't equal clinical trial success.
We're nearly 2 months out since trial close and no results yet. Seems like they're fishing again.
yeah I've thrown considerably less into some of the pennies and have quintupled over the last few weeks. If I'd have thrown CYDY type funds into those, I'd be feeling like a babychet. All my small stock money is tied up in CYDY, feeling resentful watching all of these penny stock plays.
Were there 400 patients though? Thought it was 390?To calculate the p-value in the mild-moderate trial, Amarex used Fisher's Exact Test. I made an Excel sheet to calculate the p-value using Fisher's Exact Test and the results show a statistically significant result with a placebo mortality rate of 26.9% (assuming 90 total deaths).
Drug 55 deaths / 205 alive
Placebo 35 deaths / 95 alive
P-Value 0.0447
This is outstanding and should make it much easier for CYDY to show a statistically significant result.
260 + 130 = 390Were there 400 patients though? Thought it was 390?
Originally, there were supposed to be 390 and I think I remember NP saying that there were a total of 394. I used 390 for ease of use--I don't think it will make much difference. Were there 400 patients though? Thought it was 390?
This seems very doable. I believe those numbers would mean that LL reduces deathrate by 21% over current SOC.To calculate the p-value in the mild-moderate trial, Amarex used Fisher's Exact Test. Hey Don! Welcome back.Just thought I would introduce myself. I sold my position after the mother-in-law CC where CEO claimed he treated her stroke with Leronlimab and advised he would share videotape of this at some point, which never happened. I bought in at an average of 40 cents and thus should be pleased but mad at myself for not selling at the all-time high of $10.
I’ve followed all the blogs and I admit this is kind of a stock soap opera for me. I sense some investors are all in with CYDY. I admit it was difficult for me to make disparaging remarks about CYDY when things were going good but now that I am out, I am very concerned for anyone that has their lifesavings in this. If the company does not meet their endpoint for COVID, the stock will implode to around a dollar and then from there will go to $0.00 if the BLA for HIV gets rejected for a 3rd time. I sense something is very wrong with that part of it, as some time has passed. Could you imagine what would happen to the SP if they have to redo the trials?
I’ve always been very uneasy owning CYDY, as there has been way too much change in management and then there was the breakup with Dr. Pestell and Dr. Patterson. I was hoping they would get bought out with good COVID numbers along with the BLA being accepted. That did not happen for mild to moderate. If they actually had something, would someone not have made an offer or some kind of partnership? I don’t consider Vyera Pharmaceuticals a sustainable partnership with their murky connections to Martin Shkreli.
Even if they do get approval for COVID, I suspect there will be competition with HGEN and perhaps EDSA along with AVIR. I suspect we will hear something this week. If we do not get a legit PR with perhaps a CC to tune into the following week, you know it will not be good. If Mrs. Kelly sells before announcement, it will be ugly. If indeed, Leronlimab can treat everything from HIV to cancer to Nash, why would she want to sell within 3 months? Why not hold for all the future gains? I have my doubts Leronlimab can treat cancer. During the Philippine’s video, the CEO showed a chart showing who lived and died. I believe there were 3 deaths. You can live with cancer for many years. There is way too much promotion with this company. From the posts I have read, I gather most of you are very much aware of the circus that is CytoDyn. Good luck.
I am concerned about you being concerned. Vicious circle here.If you go on the FB CytoDyn blog, you will get that sense. I got blocked for making negative comments about CYDY-I suspect. Yahoo is also a little crazy for CYDY. I own 50 different positions in my RRSP, TFSA, open plan, and LIRA.
Yeah, maybe.I was leaning Whyatt.
My bad--I made a mistake. I didn't continue to add the tail risk which changes the number to 37/53 in a 390 person trial to be statistically significant. To calculate the p-value in the mild-moderate trial, Amarex used Fisher's Exact Test. I made an Excel sheet to calculate the p-value using Fisher's Exact Test and the results show a statistically significant result with a placebo mortality rate of 26.9% (assuming 90 total deaths).

I haven’t touched a controller in 2-3 years and I’d be 100% in. Such good times. Iirc chet was in on some of those nights too.Gearz draft 2.1 imo
Good because he made some wild and unfounded accusations.I'm not Don the guy with the old school football helmet. You can see my profile on Seeking Alpha.
So you are superchetMy bad--I made a mistake. I didn't continue to add the tail risk which changes the number to 37/53 in a 390 person trial to be statistically significant.
I hope not. We have enough drunk non-sensical poop posts in here as it is. And don't get me started on me and my useless contributions. It feels like the Reddit CYDY army is going to invade our tidy CYDY FBG thread next.
First thought was Whyatt, although I don't think Whyatt ever bought CYDY, unless that part is completely made up which it may be.I was leaning Whyatt.
I think he meant to post on the yahoo boardNobody should have their life savings or full investment portfolio on any one stock. I trust nobody here is in that situation.
Kinda like when I come here and see 20+ posts of you and Don going in circles for the 50th time. Also I am entirely disappointed because when I saw that there was 21 new posts in this thread, I was convinced something material had happened and immediately went to the Cytodyn site for confirmation (alas nothing)
The Baron, a disappointment already.
huh, a guy on investorshub made the exact same mistake. weird. My bad--I made a mistake. I didn't continue to add the tail risk which changes the number to 37/53 in a 390 person trial to be statistically significant.
Ugh.Not sure which thread it's better for but sounds like RLFTF's trial did not go well for mortality. No survival benefit.

Did they get their results out fast too?
Their trial enrollment ended Dec 20. 5 days AFTER CYDY.Not sure which thread it's better for but sounds like RLFTF's trial did not go well for mortality. No survival benefit.
