****Official**** Det at GB (-11.5) MNF 48.5 O/U (1 Viewer)

That is absolutely mind boggling. I don't think I have ever seen that called that way. I've seen it called grounding WITH defensive contact altering the throw MANY times, including once yesterday where this was discussed in a thread here.
Obviously intentional grounding is not supposed to be called when a QBs arm is hit ... otherwise it would be called about 6 times every game.

Unbelievable that 4 refs on the field and one in the booth couldn't get that call right. Feels like a little "home cooking" for GB

Our special teams coverage blows..why do anything but blast it thru the end zone ?

Congrats…now they are in your territory.  Just stupid coaching.

Oh look…QB had all day to throw.  That after letting that much time tick off.   Goff pressured just once so far.  Awful defense.

Said it all offseason, but Jared Goff is super underrated. Like he's not a great QB, but the media acting like he was a bum, was just silly. On an A-F scale, he's like a C+.

Ill give credit to King there finally making a play.  In the air helped knock it away from almost a great catch.

How did that timeout work out for you GB ?  He missed so you give him another shot and he makes it.

GB takes the ball and the lead after the break

felt like they were going for a FG all the way there

terrible waste of time first two plays

one timeout left tho eh

All I heard leading up to this game was how GB was going to come out and light it up, drop 50 on the lowly Lions, revenge for last week, blah, blah, blah.

Yeah, but studies show that in the modern game, if you're beyond 4.6-4.65 then you've got a problem in the NFL. His forty pretty much made him an outlier in the negative sense, something you never want to be.
You are so snippy. Your whole life must feel like absolute ####.

Sure…which is why he was a later round pick and why they went to get Tyrell.  Probably best as a 3 or even 4 especially when you have a guy like Hock.
