I was drunk from Wednesday through Sunday night. I polished off 1 1/2 1.75 liter bottles of JD and countless numbers of beers.I'm sad to report that I'm going to be slowing down now. As a matter of fact, I'm supposed to be at the bar right now.My Godfather, 58, came up lame after a weekend of hard drinking two weekends ago. He lost 80% of his lung capacity and I thought he may die. He's doing better now but I got a wake up call since he has lived his life in the same way I do. I think the only difference is I drink whisky and he smokes cigs a lot more. It sucks up but I have 2 young kids to think of and not to mention all of the funerals I have been to in the last 6 weeks. I'll still be getting loaded 3 days a week during football but I really need to reel it in. Thankfully I have enough self control to not smoke every day and I only smoke a couple packs a week now. Most of that is boderline chain smoking while I watch football or tailgate. Of course there is the weed too but I cut way back on that 4-5 months ago. /rant

I was thinking about this post last night and I forgot I have exercised a whole helluva lot for the last 20 years. I know he hasn't.
Maybe I'm alright after all.
