No comment on Ali? You guys are slipping.
:excited: Not going to try and name all of them on T.V. right now, but in this show alone I'd probably choose at least two over her. New Mystic for one

How frreain' cool is it going to be to see Peter healing himself inches behind the cut Sylar is putting in his head? That is how Peter will get out of his grasp. Peter has shown to become very powerfull when he's mad. Sylar will become distracted momentarily watching Peter heal and Peter will then put the hurt on. Thrown him back with telekenesis (?sp). Become invisible, grab Mohinder, and jump out the window. Now Peter has all his abilities plus his own. Mohinder will tell him about Sylars abilities and Peter will master them.

Oh, BTW Jessica>Claire>Faith(Missy)>Nikki

Anyway, love the show as much as Lost, but I don't think that the puzzle pieces in this show will be put together quite as well as Lost. I think this one will be heavier on the action/effects and thus probably will have more holes/things to overlook, especially all of the time travel. Not that it will get to a 24 level, i.e. pure eye candy/entertainment, but somewhere in between.
Disagree. Lost seems like they're writing it as they go along. We might not be able to grasp the puzzle pieces yet, but this is better writing.
I'm with Scupper on this one. I watch Heroes because it's my favorite TV show at the moment, and the writing has been very good thus far.I continue to watch Lost, because I've simply invested too much time at this point to bail out. But there are plot lines that have been left dangling since season one with no signs of ever resolving themselves. I often get the sense that Lost isn't really going anywhere :goodposting: . It seems the writers have contented themselves with answering some small details while piling up and layering even more mysteries on top of the existing ones to try to keep the viewer guessing, but they are chasing their audience away. You may be right, but I absolutely despise writers "making it up as they go along", so I do hope you're wrong about Lost...
Well, I guess I will have to disagree then. The Lost show folks have said all along that they have a path to the final episode, but they do fill in the details, i.e. Sawyer's flashback for his actual past cons is written later because it doesn't affect the actual overall story.I am sure there are many, many more examples, but here are some items that I think show my point:1) In one of the very first season 1 episodes we see Sayid point out that his compass is off. Well, we found out well into season 2 the source of the magnetic fields throwing off the compass.2) In one of the very first season 1 episodes, Rose tells Jack that Bernard is still alive. Well, almost exactly one season later, early in season 2, we find out that the tailies are alive.3) In I think the end of season 2, we find out that Desmond let the counter go down and caused the plane crash.4) In early season 3, we see Ben sending Ethan and Goodwin sent to both ends of the island after seeing the plane crash and we met Ethan early in season 1 and goodwin early in season 2.Has anyone actually seen a huge plot inconsistency with Lost? With as much as the show is analyzed and viewed frame by frame, I can't believe that a huge inconsistency hasn't been dug up yet. Maybe it will, but they really seem to be working hard to not mess up.Anyway, I love Heroes, but I just can't stand the complaining with Lost and comparing it to Heroes. Comparing a season 3 show to a first season show, of course there will be more surprises. The funny thing is people mention unresolved answers. Well, how did the Heroes actually get their power? How did Mohinder's dad actually figure out who they were? How did HRG subdue Sylar, with the same "magic" potion that Mohinder was able to mix up in a couple seconds? How come Sylar was subdued but then instantly got back his power when persuader chick opened a door? Aside from the "clicking" in his head, how is Sylar gaining other people's powers? Heroes is new, so every episode is instantly fresh, but I can already hear people whining next season about why we still don't know where the powers came from. By the way, since this is the Heroes thread, I promise to never, ever mention Lost again. Anytime I do, I get people to start complaining about Lost. IMHO, I still think Heroes will end up in between Lost and 24 in terms of believability. I don't mean X-men type powers or smoke monster, but things like that mind controlling potion that Mohinder whipped up without a lab. That screams of Chloe magically hacking into a microwave next to Jack to turn it on and blow up the bad guys to let Jack get away, but Heroes does it once. 24 does something like that every 5 minutes.

That is pretty cool, but I don't quite get it. Signed limited edition prints? Are they the actual ones used in the show or are there X number of copies? I will definitely check them out, mainly for the $$$. I guess if there are multiple prints, then it might not be too expensive. Would definitely be cool in the Home Theater room, but not if it costs more than the TV. :goodposting:

I heard this on one of Heroes based podcasts:

Each season will focus on a new storyline with new characters. Maybe 1-2 characters from this season will make an appearance.

If this is true, it's ballsy as hell. You have one of the highest rated shows and you want to relaunch it every year? Then again, it could be refreshing each time.

It has worked well for 24.

True, but Jack IS the show. Imagine if you watched 24 season 1 and then season two only had Tony Almeida and a slew of new characters. Then in season three you had Chloe and all new charatcers. That's what it sound like they want to do.

And people thought that the 6 episodes of LOST, Season 3 focusing on The Others made people lose interest. I'll definitely keep watching, but leaving so many story-lines hanging is a huge gamble, IMO.

i certainly can see them only keeping a couple heroes on for next season, my preferance would be: Hiro, Sylar and Peter in no particular order.as long as they wrap up the stories of heroes currently on the show i see nothing wrong with introducing more characters. they have been doing that every other episode anyways and it has been working for them.

If they don't keep around Claire they are making a big mistake. :goodposting:

I am rewatching some episodes on SciFi tonight and that was a great preview of the show when it comes back on.

Claire looks great as a brunette and Sylar has a great line where he says This is the part where you start screaming. Show looked great and I cant wait until April 23rd

Check Sci Fi tonight as there is a mini marathon and you may catch the preview

I thought I was in the wrong thread for a minute until I realized we've seen a "blonde Claire" as a brunette in both Heroes and Lost.

I dont get it, can one of you guys explain it to me.
