Man, it sure gets complicated when there's a criminal in office...doesn't it?Ford wasn't pardoning someone about to be inaugurated as president, Nixon had left office is disgrace. And there was vast public disapproval at the time, that had political consequences, which was why he lost to Carter. And if Hillary were to be pardoned before she took office, her presidency would be over before it began - and should she could still be impeached, a pardon has to do with criminal offenses, not whether the president can be removed from office.

I'm thinking that The People will just decide to avoid the headaches and elect Trump.
