Short catch on the sideline and then outran everyone to the endzone.74-yard TD? Was it a bomb or after the catch?
Who does this (besides Graham)?

This one was all Julius Thomas. Pass couldn't have been longer than 6-8 yards and then he curled it up along the sideline and took it another 65-70 yards. Someone made a good block near the sideline (can't remember who, I was watching JT's feet next to the sideline) but Julius showed some good Long speed on this play74-yard TD? Was it a bomb or after the catch?

Agreed. I don't get the criticisms of his athleticism. He might not be skying for fades like Cameron, but he does other things better that Cameron can't do--like outrun a defense for a 74 yard TD down the sideline. The guy has looked like a beast out there since week 1. Fast, strong, hard to bring down, great hands. Fun player to watch.

Good call guys. I went with Eifert, and luckily it didn't hurt me. Shoulda gone with my gut...Eifert x 2Eifert is actually a pretty good option this week with Greshman out IMO.My only other option at TE plays at 12. And Eifert is not a good option. I'm rolling with him
I think Julius is the only one to score there. Graham and Gronk get run down, and Vernon steps out of bounds in the tip-toe portion. It was impressive. Very few TEs could have turned that into a TD. Vernon, Graham, and Gronk come to mind.
Julius Thomas (ankle) is practicing in full this week.
Thomas is over the ankle injury he suffered in Week 8, as evidenced by his three catches for 96 yards and a touchdown last Sunday. He remains an elite TE1 play every week. The Chiefs are up next for Orange Julius.
I am starting julius and going against Gronk so I hope this goes poorly for you.In case anyone needs a big game from him, I just benched him for Gronk. I expect Orange Julius to have a monster game as a result.
Nice try, but a mere reverse jinx won't work on the likes of JT.In case anyone needs a big game from him, I just benched him for Gronk. I expect Orange Julius to have a monster game as a result.

If you have seen all the poor (in retrospect) line-up choices I have made the last few weeks, you would understand this is probably just another in a long-list of blunders. He went in and out again haha.really I havent seen him....He is back on the field Whew !!
He was on for at least a play then back off again. He is back on the field Whew !!
Yeah, I could see them just leaving Dreessen in for the remainder as they run out the clock. I'm sure he'll be good to go next week.they will prob just keep him out with the game in hand. must not be that bad
He came in and was having an issue with it. After his single play, in which he was moving gingerly, he could be seen flexing, bending, testing and grimacing. Then left game for final time.they will prob just keep him out with the game in hand. must not be that bad
Hoping you are correct ....I need him back for this week with DJax and McCoy on a bye ..with Reed suffering a concussion I am hurting at TE all of a suddenthey will prob just keep him out with the game in hand. must not be that bad
Nice. Hopefully we get a Probable tag on him by Friday.Knee sprain. Day-to-day.

i thought so, too, as the defender was going low for the knee before the ball even got there, but this is what we get now with the officials told to throw flags any time you get near the head of an offensive player.Pretty dirty play he was hurt on if anyone has the video of it.
Pretty sure I'm trustworthy.link?Knee sprain. Day-to-day.

This is what I will be doing unless somehow the news gets more concrete throughout the week.Naturally, it's a Sunday Night game this week. Are we all stashing Dreessen just to be safe? It's tough for me to find room but I just may have to.
Very little. He might get a short yardage score and a couple catches, but his upside is very limited. How much chance is there that Dreessen steps in and properly replaces Thomas' production ?
Same boat with JT and Reed ...also missing McCoy and DJackson on byes so I am rolling out Stafford, Mathews, Vereen, Decker and both JT and Reed if they play ..... If both do not play I guess I am going TRichDobson is my JT replacement. But who will be my Reed replacement![]()
and trying to get GGraham off Waivers
