They have a situation set up where Becky could be the contemporary and female version of Steve Austin. She could play the anti-hero role quite well. With her as Austin and Paige as the Authority figure, you might - MIGHT - get it to work again. But, knowing WWE, they'll Plaxico Burress themselves.DJackson10 said:Road Dogg was on twitter last night and made.a comment on a tweet to Satin or someone else about the Crowd cheering Becky saying "They're suppose to be booing." WWE logic at it again. Charlotte is suppose to be the heel Becky the Babyface. Flair's character they've developed she seems like a heel when she's a face and a heel when shoes heel. However I do like Becky Heel because it added more to her character. They could've gone with this aggression and all with her as a face though
They can't do it with her and Paige. Paige is still well liked. I heard that yesterday about Becky and she'd be perfect for the Austin role thoughThey have a situation set up where Becky could be the contemporary and female version of Steve Austin. Perhaps not with Paige, but Steph would DEFINITELY work. That is, if WWE didn't regard SDL as the B show.DJackson10 said:They can't do it with her and Paige. Paige is still well liked. I heard that yesterday about Becky and she'd be perfect for the Austin role though
It was a great show. A few observations:That's how you put on a Show. WWE is F'd

Tessa Blanchard so much. The guys who's podcast I listen too was tweeting Road Dogg about Flip Gordon. By the time anyone in WWE took notice it was too late and ROH has him now exclusively. The actual contract hasn't been reported but a friend of his was at an even 2 weeks ago I attended and he wrestled and I was talking to someone who was part of the show and introduced us. He said Flip's contract is Exclusive with ROH if he understood everything Flip told him.Al O'Pecia said:It was a great show. A few observations:
1) It was cool how many old school wrestlers were involved accompanying the current wrestlers to to the ring. DDP, Tommy Dreamer, Jeff Jarrett, Lanny Poffo, etc. A cool way to connect the old with the new.
2) Jericho loves wrestling. He secretly knows the WWE is crap. And he wants to revive competition to make wrestling great again.
3) How has Jay Lethal never been signed by the WWE? To me, he's the greatest wrestle to never wrestle for one of the major federations. Great in the ring, and one of the most entertaining people the business has seen.
4) I really want to bone Brandi Rhodes.
Normally I would just think that’s lame it’s just a punch. But he yelled lightning before it so thats pretty epic.Al O'Pecia said:Cena's new finisher unveiled. Brace yourself....

1. Most of the talent has barely if ever worked with each other so there were plenty of botches for that. They were also pushed up for time. If they went over the 11PM slot they were due to pay a ton of extra fees. WWE use to botch a ton more during tapings. I went to a SDLive years ago where Vince came out and made the wrestlers and every redo the whole match again from Entrances and all. WWE botches plenty still. The difference is the production crew and a lotted time. WWE with their own network can go over the allotted time now.Bogart said:Let's tap the brakes just a little bit.
You had the very best non-WWE talent, for one show, that was allowed almost a year to build. It was really, really good to great, but I don't think Vince or HHH are too terribly worried. If WWE only put on one (or even 4) PPVs a year, they would all knock them out of the park. Basically think the NXT schedule.
I paid the 40 bucks to watch (which felt weird in the WWE network days now), and I was not disappointed, but not blown away either. The crowd was smart and on fire, which helps, and the talent was motivated across the board. Plenty of botched spots, a botched finish (the women's match), and enough moments lingering too long (Cody getting color for one), made you realize just how slick, for better or worse, the WWE product is. But I enjoyed myself for the whole 4 hours.
I hope good things come from this. The Bucks, Cody and the rest of the Bullet Club are still going to do their thing in ROH and NJPW, as they should. WWE would ruin Omega and The Bucks right now. I hope guys like Janela (who I really have only seen before on Dojo Pro), MJF (also on Dojo Pro) and the others not as well known see some bigger paydays down the road. They worked their ### off last night and deserve it.
- Going to be really interesting to see what Cody can do for the NWA organization, which is basically a You Tube channel playing at county fairs at this point. A very cool moment seeing him with the belt.
- I need more Flip Gordon on my TV screen. Also more Penelope Ford.
- The Cracker Barrel was a highlight, especially the Donkey Kong roll and jump. Hangman Page would be WWE champion right now. He is a completely a Vince guy.
- I
Tessa Blanchard so much.
- The male on female violence was shocking to see, another reminder of where the WWE was to where it is today.
- Rey Mysterio was a young 43 years old, still killing it, and more impressive, Christopher Daniels is 47 years old, and still looks great.
It was really cool to see a DIY undertaking like this get pulled off as well as it did. If I was ROH, NJPW and AAA, I would sign off on a ALLIN2 for 2019 and make sure the guys got any talent they wanted.

It's like if one of us got a chance to get in the ring.Last week she sounded drunk in the ring cutting a promo. Tonight she botched two dives and seemed to run out of gas yelling “Brie Mode”. I think Brie Bella may have a problem.
Uh, not me. If I got to wrestle, I'd emulate HHH. No aerial moves, basic power and (my best attempt at) top psychology. If I come up short, at least I would minimize the risk of serious injury. It's like if one of us got a chance to get in the ring.![]()
I would be a crappier version of Matt Hardy.Uh, not me. If I got to wrestle, I'd emulate HHH. No aerial moves, basic power and (my best attempt at) top psychology. If I come up short, at least I would minimize the risk of serious injury.
I don't think anyone would blame Brie for doing the same after 3 years off. Air game wasn't exactly her selling point originally anyway.
I would try a Vadersault and break my neck.I would be a crappier version of Matt Hardy.![]()

Steroids have to be in there - that stuff went to trial and these interviews would give wwe a chance to spin. Maybe this explains why Hogan is back in good graces...WWE to release "tell all" book.
