Tony D’Angelo, who was hurt in his NXT North American Championship ladder match qualifier 2 weeks ago against Wes Lee, is dealing with a PCL issue. It was noted by PWInsider that he will not require surgery, and back in action very soon.

former Riott Squad member Sarah Logan is headed back to WWE. Though her face wasn't shown, Logan was depicted in the "Valhalla Awaits" segment on tonight's program. This is a long time coming. One of the the members of War Machine AKA Viking Raiders got injured so the redebute of the team has been pushed back.

After being released from the company last year, Biff Busick, the former Oney Lorcan in NXT, has signed to be a full-time coach at the WWE Performance Center.

Spoiler ALERT!!!!!

Bound for Glory Kazarian beats Speed Ball Mike Bailey to become the 5 time X Division Champion. Kaz is still signed with AEW who are still in a partnership with IMPACT. AEW has been lending some talent to IMPACT that aren't needed in AEW right now

That’s what he gets for his gal pal Veda Scott blocking me on Twitter.

I keep on saying it, but Liv Morgan is awful. So awful that she brings her opponent down to her level. She quite possibly might be the worst seller in WWE. She sold those bat shots like she was getting hit with a roll of paper towels.
Now, I'm not saying Rousey is on the level of Charlotte, Bayley, Ripley, Lynch when it comes to being a worker, but this match is ridiculous.

Hated the result and the match. It makes no sense, story wise, for Bianca to beat Bayley here. Guess they're saving Bianca to feed to Charlotte at WM.
On a separate note, Bayley might need a dentist after that stupid bump to finish the match. So unnecessary.

The Lore returns.

I think Bray Wyatt is incredible.

With this return seeming to be Triple H's cherry on top of all the other recent returns, I'm back to watching WWE for a bit. It's obvious that things are changing for the better in terms of storytelling and production.

I might be one of the few people who probably wouldn't have pop for Bray last night if I had been there. Don't get me wrong he's a great guy but I have zero interest in this Fiend Character. Great entrant but overall I found it incredible boring. The thing I liked the most Was the Firefly Funhouse stuff. Not great in the ring. There's people saying oh this guy can be the next undertaker. That's just disrespectful IMHO. Also I don't think Bray is that good in the ring. I think Malaki Black if given the chance is more of an Undertaker type then Bray.

I actually liked The Wyatt family way more then anything on The Fiend. I think they ruined it to no end to not take seriously after the last run he had How TF are they gonna build the character up again or are we all just gonna act like the past didn't happen?

Don't think we'll be seeing the Fiend but for cameos, if ever at all again. New gimmick I'd bet, with a bit of a lean to the old Cape Fear version.

I mean I didn't see any of the PPV came home from an EVENT IN NYC and watched the Phillies so about to watch the PPV in a bit. I just don't know how you can bring The Fiend back and make him look legit after the first run was done so so poorly.

According to PWInsider, Brock Lesnar is scheduled for Raw tonight and an announcement as to who he will wrestle at WWE “Crown Jewel” will be made

This makes zero sense for multiple reasons unless they plan to take Balor out of Judgement day and put AJ as well with them

The Good Brothers, Luke/Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson are believed to be WWE-bound, multiple sources within the company have told PWInsider.com.
The belief among several in the company that the former WWE, IWGP and Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions will be returning to the Raw brand as soon as this month, which likely means a return to their old alliance with AJ Styles.

"NJPW has formally introduced the NJPW World Television Championship. President Takami Ohbari noted that this would be a championship aimed for younger talent, with an emphasis on speed. A 15 minute time limit will be held for each match, and each title match will be posted on NJPW’s social media. A tournament to crown the first champion will take place in the future."

RAW with a pretty good walk-up crowd for tonight thanks to the last few days. Per Uncle Dave:
"Tonight's Raw had maybe the biggest last few days of ticket movement or any show this year. When DX was announced they had 4500 tickets sold, then they announced Bloodline and I figure a lot bought late to see Wyatt as well, but it's a very good crowd tonight."

Ticket sites are showing less than 500 tickets available out of the 10,543 seats for the Brooklyn show tonight. Also, Naomi is posting on her IG her driving around NYC.

Should be a solid "season premiere."

Watched RAW for the first time in forever. Still the very best in production value hands down. But still too long at 3 hours. Will go back to watching the WhatCulture recaps/Ups and Downs.

Was cool that X-Pac was able to acknowledge Chyna, and the crowd was able to acknowledge Billy Gunn. But we don't need another DX reunion. Overall that was not a great segment.

It was just a promotion to sell tickets. Brooklyn wasn't selling out or doing well ticket wise until they announced the DX reunion. It was a bad segment but expected. These guys weren't putting anyone over because they would've just buried them anyway.

It is still way too long. I felt a few segments dragged out. I was watching a pod the 2nd hour though but felt some of those segments dragged.

Recorded and watched last night’s Raw, based on the fishhooks that sucked me in. FF through most of it, took about 75 minutes total. Sami, Judgement Day, and DX stuff I watched. DX left me embarrassed. Kind of felt embarrassed that I recorded and watched any of it.

Jon Moxley: "I Don’t Plan on Going Anywhere Else"
"No one is shoving a script in your face telling you what you have to say. I wish I had this opportunity in AEW when I was 25. I hope the young people at AEW understand how cool this place is”
Jon Moxley reveals that last year, he thought about freelancing when his AEW deal was up. Not that he would leave AEW, but he didn’t want to be there every week.
He was in a bad place. Then he went to rehab and all that, and now he's in a totally different headspace.

Taiji Ishimori will defend the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship in a 4-way match at NJPW “Wrestle Kingdom 17” on January 4, 2023, against Hiromu Takahashi, El Desperado and Master Wato.

Really hope this is speculation and not true. Adam AKA Austin is such a great person. Someone I can call a friend too. He'll give you the shirt off his back without being asked type guy and he's always helping younger talent. When you meet him first time he doesn't act better then you either. He's just a regular guy. In fact him and Britt met on Bubble. He used his real name Austin Jenkins and Britt thought she recognized him but it wasn't till he came back from NJPW winning the ROH title in Bullet Club she realized he was Adam Cole. Most of these guys meet people and will brag about what they do and he doesn't.

He's also really good in the ring and was really happy to see a local talent I had followed from day 1 be so successful. I was glad he got to go to NXT as well as NJPW and be part of a great stable in Bullet Club. Was really happy to see him in AEW and he looked so happy again. He was back with the guys he rose to fame with. Life sucks sometimes and so unfair. A lot of the good people in this business get the worst luck and then you see some of the scummiest most untruthful backstabbers ever get success based on lies and cons.

Shawn Spears is back!!!!!!!!! With WarJoe and FTR
And they have him coming out with the "10" gimmick, which makes me ask yet again why in the world did they let the Dark Order 10 use that gimmick in ring when Spears is also currently in the promotion?? AEW does some good stuff, but so many things are not thought out properly.

Before the Sammy-Andrade thing happened, the match between 10 and Andrade was mask vs career (or however they phrased it) and obviously Andrade was going to win, which mean 10 was going to lose his mask and probably just start going by Vance or some other rebranding. So having Spears come out a week later with his Perfect 10 gimmick, there would not have had any overlap.

Fantastic. Except the Andrade match didn't happen.

So what you're saying is that TK books like much of his indy wrestlers wrestle, once something goes askew with a spot they dreamed up in the back, they just push forward anyway with the same spot, no matter how ridiculous it looks :lmao:

Vance's gimmick is really no where close to Shawn's gimmick though. Also most of Dark Order is more of a comedy act these days then anything else. It's why they took Anna Jay out of it and I think eventually they'll be moving Hangman from them if The Elite ever come back
