I actually think the Bryan/Reigns feud is pretty compelling. Both have a chip on their shoulder and they're going to fight like hell to prove they belong in the main event at WrestleMania. It's certainly the one match I want to see at Fastlane.

According to some of the "insiders", Vince McMahon has cooled on Reigns vs Lesnar at WM after the reaction in Philly and it's now expected to be another triple threat for the title. I'm guessing at fastlane both Bryan and Reigns will battle each other until they're so exhausted that neither can answer the 10 count and it'll be a draw sending them both into the title match. This would set up some premium #####ing potential for Heyman too as his client has to defend against 2 opponents for the 2nd time in a row. Because no one man can defeat BROOOOCK LESSSSSNER.

Please not another 3 way forced on us because of annoying smarks.

The issue last year was that orton and Batista sucked. Lesnar is hugely over so I agree a three way is a mistake

I don't like it... but it would be better than Reigns vs. Lesnar straight up.

Orton can be a great worker, but he needs a foil... someone that can carry the storyline. Rollins fits the bill... weren't they feuding before he left? I can't remember how that ended (Orton was curb stomped?). I guess they can pick up where they left off. Could be a fantastic match.

Really didn't like the end of The Crew's match against Sexy Star, the dwarf and the transgendered guy.

I watched this week's NXT episode last night. It was the first time I've watched NXT when it wasn't one of their big events. The show reaffirmed why going back to the enhancement match formula is a bad idea... There was absolutely no drama during any of those matches. It was tedious sitting through an hour of it - I can't imagine what it would be like suffering through a 3-hour Raw like that.

I will say Neville-Owens worked a fantastic match... Maybe better than anything from last week's show. It does lose some points though for the end being so predictable.

I agree another triple threat would be a disappointment. Just have Reigns lose to Bryan. Bryan-Lesnar was supposed to be the plan all along before Bryan got hurt anyway, and it could be an amazing match. I don't get the whole Bryan is too small to be believable against Lesnar stuff at all. Was Michaels too small against the Undertaker? Was Bret Hart too small against Diesel?

Anyone being 20x better than Bryan is laughable. Other than maybe CM Punk, Bryan has been the best guy in the company for 2-3 years running now.

I half agree on Orton. When he is motivated, he is awesome. However, he was pretty awful from late-2011 to mid-2013. Just had lousy matches all the time, and basically looked like he'd rather be doing anything else. I can't help but think that was because he was a face at the time, because as soon as he turned heel and won money in the bank, he became extremely great again.

I hope Orton and Sheamus come back as heels, just so we can get Big Show and Kane out of the main event scene.

Yeah, people love all things NXT, but I think if we're being honest most of that show was really boring. The main event was excellent, but that's it. Blue Pants? C'mon now.

I don't pine for the return to squash matches either. Yeah, it made the PPVs bigger events, but sitting through 1 3/4 hrs of squash matches just to see the Big Boss Man vs KoKo B Ware on Prime Time mostly sucked. The best part of that was Monsoon and Heenan going at it.

Yeah, I enjoy NXT a lot. But some of the performers obviously have a long ways to go and not every show can be amazing. I think that show was kind of the anti-climax from last week's big show. Now they've got to build up their new champions and start some new storylines.

I think the next 3 shows have already been taped, but I haven't read the spoilers. Sounds like they're pretty good, though.

Come on, Blue Pants is awesome! Sadly. her having blue pants and fake Price Is Right music, is actually more of a character than a lot of the women on the main roster.

I'm not a fan of squash matches either, but if they have to happen, I prefer how NXT does them as opposed to how Raw does them. Some nobody getting beat by somebody of note in 2 minutes, is a lot better than say, Jey Uso beating Tyson Kidd in 3 minutes. If they are going to have that short of a match, it may as well be against somebody we may never see again.

Tag team wrestling has been greatly de-emphasized, but I don't really blame the performers there as much as the booking.

The Ascension could be every bit as good as a team like Demolition was, but are treated like jokes, so they are viewed that way. New Day(preferably Big E and Kofi) could be great, but are given nothing to do, which baffles me, because Kofi is/was very popular(especially with kids) and Big E was a can't miss prospect, who somehow has missed.

Currently, I think the Usos are the biggest problem with the tag division. Mediocre matches, and no character, and the same move sets is a recipe for boredom. Kidd-Cesaro could be amazing as tag champs if they commit to them. But really tag team wrestling has been stagnant ever since The Shield broke up, and predictably hasn't been a focus since.

Two teams that were way over and never got a run with the straps for God knows what reason... The Real Americans and Harper/Rowan. Prime Time Players weren't terrible but they break them up for no reason with no plans for either guy.

They could easily have 8-10 good teams if they wanted to.

Look at some of those earlier Wrestlemanias... There were always like 3-4 tag matches. The title match plus just other tag teams looking for a big win in a big spot.

Tag wrestling has been dead since the Hardys/E&C/Dudleys. TNA had the opportunity to have a very good tag division a handful years ago and even they ignored it.

I've said it previously but the Usos put me to sleep as much as any team ever. These jokers have no character & aren't good workers. Never watched the show, but these jokers are really that over on Total Divas to put them at the top of the tag division? I find them less interesting than even The Ascension.

I like watching Kidd/Cesaro, but they won't stick around long enough to mean anything. Too bad they won't turn New Day heel. Such a ####ty gimmick.

I like the New Day... Big E and Kofi are a really good contrast in styles. (I really don't know the third guy at all.)

Who knows with the Ascension. They royally screwed up that introduction.

But when the heel in the ring has the refs back to the corner and the heel on the apron kills the guy, you can't go wrong. Kids will still scream for the ref to turn around. And then the hot tag pop

Harper/Rowan was such a missed opportunity. The sum was much greater than the parts there.

This is the reason and it's such incredibly bad logic. He already has these guys under contract getting paid, so why not put them to use? A tag match gets more guys more exposure all at the same time. You get more bang for your buck in a tag match when the guys are already locked in with deals... not less.

And forget stupid gimmicks, I could watch Kidd/Cesaro vs Kofi/Big E every night. That's 4 really good workers, and a perfect match.

I openly weap having to watch New Day and The Ascension now. I think we have hit rock bottom :(

Tag team wrestling has been greatly de-emphasized, but I don't really blame the performers there as much as the booking. The Ascension could be every bit as good as a team like Demolition was, but are treated like jokes, so they are viewed that way. New Day(preferably Big E and Kofi) could be great, but are given nothing to do, which baffles me, because Kofi is/was very popular(especially with kids) and Big E was a can't miss prospect, who somehow has missed.

Currently, I think the Usos are the biggest problem with the tag division. Mediocre matches, and no character, and the same move sets is a recipe for boredom. Kidd-Cesaro could be amazing as tag champs if they commit to them. But really tag team wrestling has been stagnant ever since The Shield broke up, and predictably hasn't been a focus since.

I'm also a big fan of the Usos... high energy and charisma to every match. I've never seen them dog it once.

I like the Usos too.

And forget stupid gimmicks, I could watch Kidd/Cesaro vs Kofi/Big E every night. That's 4 really good workers, and a perfect match.

I think the Luchas Dragons have nice potential.

I'm also a fan of the Vaudevillians. Their shtick is very thick, but I think it could have some staying power.

Supposedly NXT is mostly ran by Triple H, so I would expect to see more tag teams when he takes over.

Kalisto (the former Samauray Del Sol on the indies) is wicked talented. He could be the new Rey if all goes well.

Sin Cara (the former Hunico) gives little f*cks anymore and he can kindly leave.

Agree 100% on both. Sin Cara is basically useless, and worthless at this point. They should have retired the character when Mistico left.

The Vaudevillains are an outstanding gimmick, maybe my favorite in the company.Those vignettes making fun of the Lucha Dragons were amazing, and would probably play well even with a Raw audience. English was a pretty good heel in his singles run, when he was singing his way to the ring, and William Regal was throwing roses at him and just saying, "Bravo!" over and and over.

Not sure what to make out of Blake and Murphy yet. I don't think they know either.

Enzo and Cass are basically New Age Outlaws 2.0. Can't imagine they don't make it to the main roster.

Two teams that were way over and never got a run with the straps for God knows what reason... The Real Americans and Harper/Rowan. Prime Time Players weren't terrible but they break them up for no reason with no plans for either guy.

They could easily have 8-10 good teams if they wanted to.

Look at some of those earlier Wrestlemanias... There were always like 3-4 tag matches. The title match plus just other tag teams looking for a big win in a big spot.

Harper/Rowan was such a missed opportunity. The sum was much greater than the parts there.

Agreed, I loved those two in the wyatt family. (Bray annoys me) I got excited in the Rumble when it looked like they were going to team up and go after Bray, but that didn't last but for a few seconds.

I don't mind Harper by himself but they seem lost with what to do with Rowan. First they have him walking around like he's "mentally challenged" and then all the sudden he's a misunderstood genius. Maybe the last minute swap with Sheamus forced him in to a situation that wasn't perfect but it just doesn't work.

I agree, that seemed to be the fulcrum point for his character.

If it wasn't for his horrible music playing, you could probably hear crickets chirping when he coms out. He gets one of the lowest crowd reactions of any WWE wrestler who is on tv a lot.

Having BOTH adults and kids not reacting is pretty much bottom of the barrel for a character.

Was there really ever that much potential for Rowan though? I always thought he was basically maxed out as a henchmen, he isn't really good in the ring or on the mic.

Harper on the other hand is outstanding in the ring, and I thought his IC title win was going to be the start of something. Why he isn't in either Kane or Big Show's spot, I have no idea, he's a lot better than either of them.
