Update, 3:01 p.m ET: I have seen the clip, courtesy of a tipster. We’re not posting it here for obvious legal/ embargo reasons, but it’s far more graphic than any of the reviews make it sound.

What I saw starts at the end of an interview between Rudy and Borat’s “daughter” Tutar. Tutar is apologizing to Rudy for something, and then leans forward and touches his knee, suggestively. She then thanks him for the interview and invites him into the bedroom of the hotel suite they’re in for a drink.  He awkwardly helps her remove some of her microphones, and then immediately sits down on the bed, patting her, again, extremely awkwardly on the waist, while saying “you can give me your phone number, and your address.”

Tutar helps Giuliani remove a microphone from his shirt while he is sitting on the bed. He then lies down flat on his back and pushes both hands into the front of his pants, possibly re-tucking his shirt, but they stay there as he rummages around a bit, sighing.

At this point, Borat rushes into the room, wearing a wig and some kind of lingerie bustier over white boxer briefs and what appears to be a G-string. I will now quote the dialogue directly:

BORAT: Put down your frump!
GIULIANI: Oop!
Giuliani sits up straight
BORAT: She’s 15, she too old for you!
GIULIANI: Why are you dressed like this?
BORAT: She’s my daughter, please, take me instead, take my ###### [pronounced a-noose]
GIULIANI: I don’t want you!
Giuliani stands up and begins to leave the room
BORAT, following him: No, take my ######, do not have her.

Saw today that he got trolled by someone else claiming to be Ivanka and was convinced simply because the person sent a her picture. I sure hope he’s not being trusted with any sensitive information.

Funny to watch the left jump into conspiracy theories as quickly as the right do.  Probably because there is no media anymore, so it’s easy to happen.

Rehab? He’s been acting like this for the last 5 years. He may disappear for a few months like he did after the election and again after the impeachment trial. Usually it’s some scheme he’s working on but if Trump loses, he might be out of the spotlight for other reasons.

Generally, when a person of fame is caught in an embarrassing fiasco such as this - and it doesn't get any worse than knowingly inviting what he thought to be an underage girl up to his room for alcohol - rehab is the next chapter along with a return to faith.

He's been battling alcohol problems for years.  I hope he gets the help he needs, tbh.

 
I just saw the clip and while Rudy does come off as a creepy old man, she clearly isn't a teenager and she never portrayed herself as such.

Honestly, probably.. haha there was a quick dark scene where he was like maybe “helping her take off her microphone”  and he was super close. Right before he said she could give him her number and address then patted/rubbed her waist a few times. So strange.

Nothing happened.  You can literally watch the whole scene anywhere.  It was an interview and while he said a few silly and creepy things the idea that she was 15 was just the joke to scare him at the end (she wasn’t introduced as 15, and she isn’t 15) But hey, gullible people in here ate it up for a few days then moved on.

Pretty sure "she didn't look underage" is always stated right before some creep is told "why don't you have a seat over there". ;)

What are you talking about?  Everybody was just laughing at what a joke Gulliani is.  Nobody thought he was actually caught with a 15 year old.
