I don't know about his back ground at all. I believe he grew up over seas though and is already provisionally tied to Wales as he represented them at the U19 level. That does not mean he could not make the one time switch of course.No clue. Maybe NR knows?2-0.

His footwork looked all wrong. He needs to be be squared up to the guy he's jumping over to punch the ball. That's a pretty standard play for a keeper, and he could not have botched it any worse.

The FA hasn't exactly been kind to Ferguson and Rooney either. I think they are just ridicuously strict on their judgements. I don't know why that is. How can Suarez give the FA an excuse as to why he said the word more than once and what he meant by it and then turn around and denied he said anything? The FA report is pretty clear about what Suarez said to them.

That was top class organization all game. Amazing how few times City was able to break them down. Near perfect weekend for Spurs fans for regarding the teams they are chasing. Now 6 points back in 3rd but have a game in hand over the top 2 teams.
Spurs have a rough schedule though. Have to go to Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Sunderland and Man City. Only big team they host is Man U.

Yeah, I was just baffled when Sunderland came forward with a 5v3 odd-man rush and the City midfielders didn't seem in any hurry to get back. Wow Lampard just got away with one. That was a nasty challenge and looking at the replay not only was it late but high. I really hate seeing tackles like that and while I know Frank isn't that type of player, he really needed to be sent off for that.

Mertesacker loses out to Dempsey, who then feeds Zamora, who gets taken down by Djourou just outside the box. Second yellow for Djourou, and Arsenal are down to 10 men.I am consistently baffled as to why Djourou (and, increasingly, Mertesacker as well) ever play for this team outside of the League Cup.

Really not surprising. Arsenal looked like crap for most of the game, Fulham were the better team for at least 3/4 of it. The sad part is that I don't think Fulham were at the top of their game today. Dembele was off his game, Dempsey didn't really do all that much. I thought Ruiz was fantastic and Zamora was dangerous, and it paid off in the end.It's hard to really fault anyone, I think, from Arsenal...the whole team just played poorly. The lack of depth in defense really hurt again...Djourou and Mertesacker just aren't good, Koscielny played poorly and was in no man's land on the 2nd goal. It's hard to fault Coquelin, playing out of position in defense, but he was out of position on that first goal. Szczesny should've done a little better on the first goal as well. I don't understand why they're playing Arteta so deep in the MF. Walcott was nonexistent and Gervinho was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, the way he was just giving away possession. RvP had no service and was invisible. Fulham really had the bulk of possession for the entire second half...I wouldn't be surprised if RvP had less than 10 touches for the entire half.90+3min: GOAL!
