FWIW, I was annoyed by that Reus post of yours because I've had it in the back of my head that Liverpool would want to make a big splash with some of that off-season $$ they have. So far it's all (hopefully) nice risk-reward stuff that helps build a team, but nothing so far that made anyone sit up and think "damn - Liverpool's serious about this."Come on, cant I get your hopes up even a little?Not happeningPool to bid on Falcao?

It just seems like one huge signing using a hunk of the Suarez money would a) help offset his loss in front of goal and b) get players thinking about the team differently again (esp with the addition of CL football).
I'm a tight mofo and generally love the value plays, but IMO it makes a lot of sense in the big-picture that they might make a move for someone like Falcao. YMMV

It's not yet done. Falcao is between Liverpool and City but the former quite a bit in the lead to land the player. What a coup it would be

Falcao is better than Costa, and not by a little IMO. That said, no one it's really sure how old he is and that injury could put a damper inn his game. But when he was on, he was the best #9 in the game. Yes, even better than Zlatan.
