I hope Chelsea gets back in the game, get a red card for Costa and Spurs to win it on the last kick of the game, 8+ minutes of extra time, to break those ####ers spirit.

I just hope Costa is back for the matchup at Anfield in a couple of weeks. Bring on Skrtel for the last 30, and kick that little ##### out of the league, as his last act in a red shirt.

Mourinho would have been a good manager to cite for the "brutalist" method as well.  Surprised he didn't get a mention.  He's been open about letting the team with the ball make the mistakes and being happy to cede possession in order to capitalize on them.

 
Good god, to play like that at the end of a match when you need a goal to keep your season alive just beggars the imagination.  Should have had three or four players sent off.

So explain to me (rube) what counts before 92. Was there one solid lineage before the premier league was founded?

Im sure someone can explain it better then I can but before 92 it was just the English 1st division (or top flight).  They rebranded it the EPL in 1992

Yes, they count "First Division" titles.  Which is why Manchester United has won 20 First Division titles.  13 in the Premiere League era and 7 before the Premiere League era.

Leicester is the first first-time First Division title winner in England since Nottingham Forest in 1978.
