So my autistic 8-year-old has really gotten into soccer in the last two or three months. He watches tons of soccer YouTube videos. And he told me a few weeks ago that he wanted the team he played on to try to play without a goalkeeper. And I said, "I think most teams would do better with a goalie, champ." And he said, "You're right. It's much easier to win with a goalkeeper. Unless its Onana." And I laughed for a solid five minutes.
1... Is that saying there will he no rebounds allowed on a saved PK during normal play? That if a PK is saved in any way, the play is dead? If so...horrible.
on 1, yes, from my understanding they want the play blown dead, so that it matches what happens in a shoot out but it makes no sense to do that during game play IMO.

I'm convinced that Giroud didn't work out in LA because he thought he'd come in and get invited to A-list parties with Brad Pitt or something and that just didn't happen. Sonny might be a more realistic fit.

I saw the headline the morning of the game saying he would miss since he played 5x 90 min games since the CWC and needed the rest. And of course LD went on yelling about how Messi isn't promoting the league like Becks did when he came in, and this is a prime event and he needs to be there.
