I think it's very possible that a team makes a comeback to win this contest. In years past I just didn't see it, but this year there are holes in most of the lineups in the top ten.. Additionally, those top ten lineups are littered with injured/missing players. Several of them took single digit scores at the skill positions. I think it's possible that the final winner may be as low as the 25th percentile right now. In year's past I've seen little chance of winning outside of the top 10%.

Would agree w/that completely. Im currently in 4th (team 111147) but there is so much that is going to change in the next two weeks. Am just hoping I can have another good week and at least stay close.Grim

Larry Fitzgerald, WR ARINews: Arizona's Larry Fitzgerald went through a limited practice on Wednesday and says he expects to play Sunday at Detroit. Fitzgerald bruised a bone and sprained his right knee when San Francisco's Dashon Goldson landed on his leg in the third quarter of the Cardinals' loss to the 49ers on Monday night. An MRI on Tuesday determined the injury was not as serious as Fitzgerald first feared it might be. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt is reserving judgment until later in the week.Analysis: Fitzgerald practicing is great news, and Fantasy owners should have nothing to sweat come Sunday. We'll keep you posted, but even at less than 100 percent we like Fitzgerald to rock against the lowly Lions in Week 15.

78th? Try I would have been 13th with 198 points, and that is with my only QB being Rodgers ... I wasn't even close to making it through Week 13 though.

I'd agree as well. Anytime you have these events with hundreds of teams the overall enthusiasm for the event dies down as you near the end. Ideally that's not the way it should be but it's how it is and it's something I've noticed for years in events like the WCOFF. First of all most of the participants are officially eliminated and secondly a large percentage of teams remaining in the final 250 feel out of it already due to trailing in points and having similar lineups to teams ahead of them. However I don't think extending the cut is the solution as you would than be basing the final total point on 1 or 2 weeks. At some point the final cut has to be made and provide enough time to use several weeks scores and I think they got it right by making the final cut after week 13.

I think you have a stranglehold on first place and I don't think there is any realistic way I can catch you (except perhaps an NFL record setting day by Anquan Boldin). Good Luck!

78th? Try I would have been 13th with 198 points, and that is with my only QB being Rodgers ... I wasn't even close to making it through Week 13 though.

I'll post the lineup I used this week. My WR's are not very good and to illustrate that point I've had to use Chaz Schilens 3 weeks in a row. We've been running it for the past couple years, CTR does the stats adjustments and cutoff projections and I built and maintain the software. Just so you know, the stats are obviously not official and can be off from time to time. Sometimes the D's aren't scored the same with our stats service and the one used for the contest and we have no way to score negative yardage.. Anyway, good luck the rest of the way.
