yep, I was thinking the same... you know there'll be a gigantic cliffhangerI wouldn't be suprised if Terminus seems normal for most (or all) or the finale... but you get a tracking shot of the herse with the cross in the back window at the end or something.
He's not seeing him at the angle that you'd normally see someone's face at. You think he's going to be able to identify this guy later especially now that he's all cleaned up?Seems kind of thin. He saw the top of part of Rick's face while being choked the #### out. He's not really going to recognize Rick. I mean, the writers might say he does, but it's dumb.If I remember right, the choked out guy does remember what Rick looks like, and the group is tracking Rick to Terminus right now for some retributionI tried to hear what the leader of that group said to Darryl when they were talking about whether the person (Rick) in the house could be recognized but couldn't understand what he said. Also, I missed part of Glenn and Maggie's conversation. Did she explain how the hell she got through the tunnel? As I mentioned back a few pages..... seems the guy that got chocked out in front of Rick does remember Ricks face, so I don't expect a "AHA" moment of a tennis ball bouncing and rick remembering that from the house..
Will be interesting if Rick recognizes the choked guy first or vice verse and the ensuing battle.![]()
Not sure what you mean by "top part of his head".. He was face to face with Rick looking right into his eyes as he was choked out.
Guessing seeing someone laying right in front of you under a bed would leave a lasting impression.
I'd argue that Rick seeing someone bouncing a tennis ball, or hear someone whistling, and have a AHA moment would be even thinner then this guy remembering Ricks Face.. .![]()
Unless Rick shaves his face and cuts his hair I'd have no problem with chokey being able to identify the last face he saw before he was choked out..Star Trek red shirts are never good actors.I know people know him from other shows, I've never seen him before, but the head of Darryl's new gang is a pretty good actor. Can't say the same for Glen's new friends.
What hearse?I wouldn't be suprised if Terminus seems normal for most (or all) or the finale... but you get a tracking shot of the herse with the cross in the back window at the end or something.
Exactly what I was thinking when he had that odd expression leaving the truck. Dude is no scientist.Absolutely agree.Mullethead is delaying the trip to Washington because, as we have all figured out, he is no scientist who knows what is going on. He killed the truck, he guided them to reunite with Glenn's group rather than head to Washington, didn't they make reference to something screwing up in Atlanta, which caused them to lose a bunch of their people? I'm sure he caused that.
When Abraham finds out that his ultimate mission is no mission because mullethead is not a scientist, Mullethead is a dead man, and it will not be a comfortable death.
Whatever happens in Terminus, I am looking forward to Abraham taking out the scientist.
he meant the car that took off with Beth in itWhat hearse?I wouldn't be suprised if Terminus seems normal for most (or all) or the finale... but you get a tracking shot of the herse with the cross in the back window at the end or something.![]()
However, Rick will recognize that guy and I think he takes him out as a precaution.Seems kind of thin. He saw the top of part of Rick's face while being choked the #### out. It's not exactly like these guys are going to need "beyond all reasonable doubt". If they tracked a white, middle aged guy with brown hair to the tracks, follow the tracks and find white, middle aged guy with brown hair recently arrived at Terminus, they're probably going to figure it out. He's not seeing him at the angle that you'd normally see someone's face at. And walked out the side with the 20 zombies? Why not just keep walking...just need to walk quicker...why shot back to trap a few and still have a horde on your tail? Why didn't 20 zombies keep following Maggie? Oh...that's right...they see potential meal but will give that up because there's a lot of sound behind them.Pay attention. Maggie and her group shot at the roof and brought it down.Hmm...come upon a tunnel of zombies and you can't simply climb up the hill around it? You've got to turn back and walk away as if it takes miles to get around this tunnel?
Tunnel fell "TODAY"?! You serious? And when it fell...it fell on ten zombies and trapped 20 on the other side? How does any of that make any sense?
This "claimed" nonsense just pisses me off...first of all, it's "dibs". I can believe in a world where the word "zombie" doesn't exist...but I'll be damned if I'll accept the non-existence of "dibs". And how does it make any sense...you can shoot an arrow into the same rabbit as someone else and simply say, "Claimed"? That's BS...even dibs has rules to it.
is he a Seahawks fan?I actually like the scientist more after this episode.
My complaint was with its rule. You cannot claim something that someone else shot. That's just nonsense. I see you walking up with anything in your hand and I bust out with, "claimed!"Whether you liked it or not tdoss is just complaining and not even watching the show. If Maggie says she shot it down and Glen makes a point of saying the blood was fresh on the marker near the tunnel, it makes his complaints silly. They basically told us that Maggie was pretty close and she told us she caused the tunnel collapse. Hard not to put 2 and 2 together and get 4. Again, you can think the premise is dumb, but questioning it as if it was a random tunnel collapse is just bad watching. Also, why is the claimed thing bogus as well? Joe (I think that was his name) again laid out their rules of engagement. The guy they killed didn't like Daryl, simple as that, so he shot the rabbit knowing it would cause conflict as he was following the rules and Daryl didn't know them. tdoss is complaining that they used "claimed" instead of "dibs", which is about the dumbest complaint I have heard in this thread. I hope he is trying to be funny because then at least it is just a bad attempt at humor vs. him just being well, who knows. Pretty sure slang happens all the time and Joe seems pretty smart even if he acts like he was a criminal before the #### hit the fan, so he just likes the word claim. Hey, here is a completely unbelievable scenario, maybe he worked in or has past history with mining or drilling, a rare profession for guys with checkered pasts, where the word claim is used a lot.Oh yeah, that totally makes it not stupid at all.Pay attention. Maggie and her group shot at the roof and brought it down.Hmm...come upon a tunnel of zombies and you can't simply climb up the hill around it? You've got to turn back and walk away as if it takes miles to get around this tunnel?

Yeah, the remaining zombies were on the wrong side of the cave in for it to have been and effective thing to do. Unless they retreated and then spent a "half day" walking around the tunnel themselves. And walked out the side with the 20 zombies? Why not just keep walking...just need to walk quicker...why shot back to trap a few and still have a horde on your tail? Why didn't 20 zombies keep following Maggie? I didn't get that either. If they blew the ceiling out and it fell on those few zombies, wouldn't the ones not crushed follow them out of the tunnel? closed captioning is your friend for these scenes...Ok thanks. I know they followed Rick's tracks to the rail line and Terminus notice, but half the time I can't understand what these people are mumbling. Guess greater than half the time when it comes to any conversation involving Darryl. hahaIf I remember right, the choked out guy does remember what Rick looks like, and the group is tracking Rick to Terminus right now for some retributionI tried to hear what the leader of that group said to Darryl when they were talking about whether the person (Rick) in the house could be recognized but couldn't understand what he said.

No. That was just people in this thread that have repeatedly demonstrated that they don't really watch the show.Wasn't it a hearse?he meant the car that took off with Beth in itWhat hearse?I wouldn't be suprised if Terminus seems normal for most (or all) or the finale... but you get a tracking shot of the herse with the cross in the back window at the end or something.![]()
Not to mention the part where after the scientist says "I know what this is all about" and everybody replies "OMFG- what is it?" he says, without getting kicked in the nuts- "it's classified".Any backstory about how the scientist got Abraham to believe him? Did he just walk up to the first guy in camo and say "I'm a scientist, get me to Washington"?A bit naive, but it also gives him a purpose. He may have doubts in the back of his mind, but I think he is forcing himself to ignore them. I think the scientist bought himself time because they found Maggie. Too much going on for Abraham to realize he was purposely thwarting the trip to DC.He's quirky. I'll give him that.I actually like the scientist more after this episode.
And Abraham seems pretty naive.

Will be interesting if Rick recognizes the choked guy first or vice verse and the ensuing battle.![]()
no, I don't rewatch the show, and I know what my point is.lol at the "I REALLY watch the show" schtick.No.
Not a hearse
I think your point is that there other people in here who don't REwatch the show.
Because he was losing consciousness? He saw some dude's face for 5 seconds who was under a dark bed while being strangled. Not exactly the most reliable eye witness in the world. Why is it so difficult to believe that he would remember Ricks face???????Told you this when it happened. Horribly written plot device with those guys. There's so many ways to make that more plausible but the writers are basically filling in mad libs at this point.Seems kind of thin. I'm picking nits, but I liked this ep, overall. People doing incredibly stupid things and implausibility is just in the show's DNA. I can see why the writers didn't "show" how Maggie's group got through the tunnel...Normally, the actual discussion of the show lasts until sometime around Tuesday mid-day, then the #####ing about the realism of a zombie apocalypse begins.
I see we started early this week.
I thought it was a crappy episode fueled by the stupidity of Glenn, who had been smart up to that point. "Hey let me walk down this walker-infested tunnel with a gimpy lesbo. Nothing could go wrong here. Oh, good thing Abraham's group met up with Maggie's group at the exact right time and were able to get to Glenn and the gimp just in time".Normally, the actual discussion of the show lasts until sometime around Tuesday mid-day, then the #####ing about the realism of a zombie apocalypse begins.

Why would they put themselves in danger for the sole reason of hunting down Rick for killing one of their crew. Who cares? They just killed one of their own anyway.Seems kind of thin. How long has Rick's group been following the tracks? It seems like the trackers just found them now...They're bad guys with a code. Why would they put themselves in danger for the sole reason of hunting down Rick for killing one of their crew. Speaking of which, the entire "yeah we were able to pick up their trail in the middle of a suburban neighborhood and have been following them ever since" is a bit silly too.
If it was that short( 5 seconds) then I'd agree with you..Because he was losing consciousness? He saw some dude's face for 5 seconds who was under a dark bed while being strangled. stare down... long enough, IMO, for the face to be recognizable at a later time.
it wasn't because he killed "one of their guys".. it was, as the leader said... he killed one of theirs and left him to come back to kill them all.Why would they put themselves in danger for the sole reason of hunting down Rick for killing one of their crew.
