No. I would find it much more strange is some hillbillies were capable of staying alive and building a machine like that that runs on readily available fuel.
I would like it for the show I suppose, but as I watch I would know how unrealistic it is.....................ya know, cause this show is supposed to be realistic.
The first thing any red blooded Southern boy who survives the zombie apocalypse is going do is build a ####ing death mobile. Hell, they probably already got 'em now.
This is very true.
Thing is, chances are they would feel overly compelled (while drunk on shine) to use it as often as possible, and probably died quickly.
However, and I know I said this a long time ago in this thread, not sure if I think it's accurate anymore though. I used to think that if this zombie thing happened that the people would take to the streets in masses and pop a cap in all the walker's asses. I mean, slow moving, and they don't re-animate quickly at all ranging from minutes to several hours.
Then I realize just how stupid the masses really are, and the looting would be incredible, the violence would be unstoppable, and the chaos would be of epic proportions. No utilities would work, no more gas made, no more food produced.........nothing.
In all honestly, I think the redneck country boys would be the best hope for humanity. They are content going out and hunting down some walkers and coming home for a pig roast and some shine, with all due respect to rednecks.
