There's only 5 actors nominated every year and he is nowhere near any of them. Nobody on this show deserves to be nominated for an Emmy. Let's be serious here.

Melissa McBride deserves at least one nomination. Her character has evolved many times and she has been in many of the best dramatic moments of the series.

Let's get this out of the way right now.

None of the actors on this show deserve an Emmy nomination.

To facilitate the possible bad ### turn for Maggie, do you think they will have her miss-carry?  I believe she is only 2-3 months into the pregnancy.  Unless they add in a time gap, waiting for her to give birth might be too long for any sort of payoff.

Gonna be quite a while (if ever) before someone from a zombie show wins an Emmy.  Not saying anyone from this show deserves one, cause they don't, but I just don't see it. Not for a long, long time.

....................................except for Shane.  He should still get one.  Go back and change one of the awards to "Best Moment"

You're forgetting T-Dog.  I still can't believe his contributions to the genre haven't been properly rewarded.

Shane was right all along. Rick's too much of a stubborn hillbilly to admit that he was wrong.
I just saw Shane in "The Accountant". He's exactly the same. Has a real wide acting range.

Shane would have been so proud when Rick capped that guy at the hilltop and then was all "wut?" when everyone was looking at him.

They should have killed off Maggie instead.

Glen is a breakthrough Asian character.  Sadly, that doesn't happen often.  He should have been around for the long haul.

Glen has a lot of history.  His story arc had legs.

I think she bites it in the finale because once she has the kid it will destroy any value for her character.

Would have been interesting to see Glen lose Maggie, and all her family, then start again with someone else.  Like a rebirth.  Was a lot there.

Maggie is eye-candy.  That is easy to add to a show like this.

Negan is no more brutal than the Governor, he just has a much bigger and competent posse instead of a bunch of villagers with guns.
We've seen essentially 10 minutes of Negan.  Tough to make that comparison based on that small amount of time.

If I had to bet, though, I'm guessing Negan is much, much worse.  He's a sadist; easy to see.

Black guys on this show might as well be wearing red shirts (like Star Trek).

Rewatching the episode now and Daryl has definitely been claimed by Negan after punching him in the face.  He says to his guys that they want to have a piece of that and it is very clearly a gay reference.  Wonder how they will play that one off?

filling the :porked: bellys with the dead and sending them off to Negan's group is one way to pay up while paying them back.

Ok I said this before he sat down with Carol. Glad it's all just an act and he's not just some lunatic.
why ?Dont you want to listen to him speak like this all the time ? ''He was excellent indeed, madam: the king very
lately spoke of him admiringly and mourningly: he
was skilful enough to have lived still, if knowledge
could be set up against mortality.''

I had a bad feeling going in since I had read the comic but I like the direction they took his character.  That CGI tho...
To be honest.. When Carol met "The King", her reaction was the same as mine.. Wow, they are REALLY going over the top on this one.. :oldunsure:

But during the Pig hunt, and other interactions with Morgan he seemed a little less "Over the top" .. and then the Conversation with Carol sold me on the character.

Can't wait until Rick meets him and the Tiger.

Soooooooo, is it killing them??  Making them sick???  If so then cool. If not, then why not just beef up your own livestock the same way?

I was pretty hammered so the last part about staying and going and then carol goes to that house.   What was the deal with that?  What was special about the house.

She left... without leaving...

The house is just outside the Kingdom, so Carol was able to "go( aka leave the confines of the kingdom), without going( thus the visit from the king at the end)". :)

I don't think it does anything but send a "F U" to the Saviors without them knowing.

Would you want to eat food stuffed with the Dead .. aka Cannibalism?? I certainly wouldn't want to :X

Morgan's lunch chat with the kid showed this.. At that point Morgan still had no idea why they stuffed the Pigs belly's with Dead. So at lunch he was only eating veggies as he wasn't going to eat something that had fed on the dead..

As bad as the cgi on the tiger was, I thought it was a good episode.  I thought the guy playing Ezekiel did a really good job.  This set up the whole Kingdom angle very well, it really let the viewer know all about it in a short amount of time.

There's a lot of things I wouldn't want to do in the zombie apocalypse, but if it isn't harming you in any way I could certainly see bolstering the food supply that way.

However, it would be rather strange if there were no ill effects from that.
