Really not a good idea to work out while fasting.100+ hour fast is done. Getting ready to break it tonight with a pork loin stuffed with mushroom, spinach and feta. I was planning on doing something close to vegan keto, but my body is craving protein. One thing I learned is that working out while fasting is not good. My muscles feel like rubber, and I am getting fatigued really easily. i have been doing some light running, and started doing body weight exercises (push ups, modified pull ups, sit ups and crunches, squats) yeasterday. Even those simple, easy exercises wiped me out.
I remain close to Greek, in my convictions, however, am very tired. Maybe Sardinian godlike. Did they have their own gods?
When you work out, you are breaking down muscle. You get the benefits when you rest and rebuild but you need fuel and nutrition for that to happen. When you fast, it has nothing to use so you are not getting any benefit at all and are actually going in the wrong direction.

other than that, i plan to be the picture of moderation, from here on out.
