Ogio makes a locker bag that fits in gym lockers. It has separate spot for shoes on the bottom and gear on the top. Has separate spots for toiletries on one end and a separate compartment on the other.  Great shoulder strap and handle. There is also a loop on the top to hook your lock to.  I really like mine.

Just wanted to check in to say that this thing is perfect.  Thanks

Extreme Hybrid Glass Impact, Scratch & Smudge Protection for Mobile Phone

Hybrid glass features 7X shatter protection that's sapphire infused for advanced impact, scratch, and smudge protection.

I pair it with a Tech21 Mesh or Check case which is minimal in size, has 3do technology and a subtle tactile feel around the edge that's not slippery like a hard plastic case.

If you ever eat at Wendy's pick up a fundraiser 2017 keytag for $2.00. Every time you come in during the year you get a free junior frosty.

Seeing this thread again reminded me to thank boots, playahata, and whoever else recommended the Japanese wash cloth scrubber things. I had always been a regular washcloth guy, but converted pretty quickly. Besides the scrubbing and back & neck cleaning, it rinses out and dries much more quickly than a regular washcloth.

Another convert here, love these things.

This is an excellent insulated water bottle.  Keeps water cold for hours, fits in a cupholder, easy to carry, little flip straw feature, great price point

Just an FYI, for folks that like the Yeti-ish steel bottles. Costco had a pack of two 30oz containers with 4 rigid plastic straws and lids that closed (straw opening and drink opening) for $19.99. I bought the pack, can't beat $10 for a 30oz cooler with the straw and nice lid. The amazon one is $14, but no straws or closing lids. Yeti still $40 with no straw/closing lid.

From the Razor thread

I have been doing a daily test with the Pace 7 and the Gillette Fusion ProShield. I started with new razors on each and used the Cremo Shave Cream. I shave half my face with the Pace and the other half with the Gillette. I shave in the same method and and make sure I use the same number of strokes. I then have the wife decide which side feels smoother.  I am 6 days in and the results are as follows:

Can't Tell a difference: 4 times

Pace 7: 2 times

Gillette: 0 Times

Going to keep doing the half/half shave for a month and then have her judge again to see how they held up. Thus far the Pace 7 is the way to go simply due to the 12 razor heads for $12 deals that happen so often. I also like the handle on the Pace 7 better as well. Its not as slippery when it gets wet.

I like the Pace 7 as well. But by far the #1 thing I bought that improved my shave is that Cremo Shave Cream. I'll never go back to foam or gel again.
Is it better than the oil?  That shave oil was just a gimmick IMO.

I've never used an oil. Cremo Shave Cream, at least for me, really is amazing. As long as my razor isn't rusty or something, I get a fantastic shave with no razor burn. And while it seems expensive, you use so little of it per shave that the price seems really reasonable for how long it lasts.

Marmot DriClime Windshirt

This is the most functional piece of clothing I own.  Highly breathable, good fit, light insulation, very durable, cuts the wind, packs down to next to nothing.  I wear it running, biking, hiking, and all around town.  Great for travel.

Yetis do work but my drinks never last 20 minutes let alone 8 hours.  Costco ones work just fine.

The Costco ones work well. I use it all the time for water. I'll add ice in the morning and usually it's enough for me to refill (usually not super cold) from the fridge filtered water and it's always cold. If I use enough ice, it'll last 8 hours easy. If you have only a little ice, it won't last just because I'm not putting in ice cold water to start.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I had a Pella Sliding Glass Door installed last fall. The wheels on the screen door (top or bottom - like this) broke already, and I called Pella and they replaced them no questions, fairly quick shipping for no cost.

Vitamix cutsomer service is outstanding.  I got one as in gift in 2012 - never registered it.  It broke today so I gave them a call.  They are paying for shipping both ways and are upgrading the mixing container.

Can't speak to the company or other products, but t-shirts from Tipsy Elves are awesome. I got one as a gift, and it's most comfortable damn shirt I've ever worn. Made in US too. I'm not normally into kitschy shirts, but I don't really care, these are very comfortable.

Also got a hot dog suit as a gift from them. It's also quite comfortable. If I can figure out how to keep it from getting ruined by grease and water, I plan on wearing it to work everyday. Or I'll just buy a truckload of them.

What does the tag say the fabric mix is?

I need to get a dehumidifier for my bedroom.  Do you guys have any recommendations?

ETA - I would like to spend less than $100

Ordered. Just so happened a pen exploded in my Northface shell last night. They had a Yellow/Grey model on sale ($47). Worth the roll of the dice. thanks.

Great!  Glad I could help.  OGIO makes great bags.
I got all of my groomsmen OGIO cooler bags with their initials embroidered on them, and the nicest lady ever on Etsy gave me one double the size for free. They are awesome. I know there's a couple guys in the office with OGIO computer backpacks too and I'm extremely jealous as I just have my Dell briefcase...

Anyone tried a Casper pillow?  Any FBG reviews?
I've had my eyes on a Casper mattress for a while, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I did buy these pillows back in January and they're pretty great. The cooling sensation is no joke and they're both super comfortable and supportive. The customer service is excellent too. They'll send you a few emails just to make sure you like them and they also sent me 2 pillow cases for free.

I have this one for the finished portion of our basement (~450+ sq ft) and have no complaints about it. Some say it's loud, but honestly it's probably one of quieter dehumidifiers you'll find out there. Ours is right next to the TV too and I just turn the volume up if it's distracting, which it usually isn't. During the summer I have it on full blast and it does need emptying every day, but that's something you should expect when running it like that. You can see the water level right from the front and it notifies you with a blinking red light when it's full.

Thanks, but this is out of my price range.  I should have specified that I would like to spend less than $100

I am a huge fan of the public library.  Our summer reading program is excellent.  I've really tried to pick up my game on reading and leading my kids by example - the library has been a huge help.

Our yellow Dyson was 18 years old and needed replacement. Loved it.

The newest Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy is insanely expensive at $600 but I like that the "Cinetic" requires no filters and never loses suction. Wife wanted the Animal  .

Bought it "Like New" on Amazon with free shipping for $359. Box was damaged (who cares?) but saved boatloads.

No kidding. She vacuumed a "reasonably clean to the naked eye" area rug and it filled the canister. This baby is beastly.
