I'm just crystallizing and distilling (ahem) one part of the argument. The other side of me wants to give Jameis due process and a chance in the NFL.Yea all the off field stuff was hard to ignore. He just kinda seems like that big man on campus D-bag. Especially when the "other" QB in the draft is a guy every father would want his daughter to marry......Or just wanting justice for a rapist and thief. It's interesting seeing so many people so personally invested in seeing this guy fail. Actually, interesting probably isn't the right word. Disturbing is probably more apt.disturbing a great word for it.
But otherwise, yeah, flippancy is cool.
I'm very fairly skeptical, but still neutral. I hope he hasn't done those things and then does well. I love cannon arms and brilliance, too.
I don't know what more I can say than that.
disturbing a great word for it.
at all the 'but this QB did this his first week and this other QB did this his first week'.
Seems crazy.
