Which story is she telling now?  It keeps changing as evidence comes forth that contradicts the previous version.

I curious what you think the police should have done. She went to them with a story and when the police tried to corroborate it, evidence showed she instead was lying. So she changed her story, the police investigated and again found evidence that contradicted her. So her story changed again. 

Again, I have no knowledge of what did or did not happen between she and Winston. There could have been a rape - I don't know. But when the complainant keeps changing her version of events as ongoing investigation shows that what she has said previously is false, I don't see how you would expect them to arrest Winston and then have him prosecuted. Is that what you would have preferred given the circumstances?
