I actually picked up and am starting the NO defense, if that is any indication.Gray looked very shaky last week, and now travels to a dome where there will be quite a bit of noise by the opposing fans. I think he could get rattled. And due to this, I see Del Rio calling a conservative game, namely, alot of Drew and Taylor.

Actually, Gray looked better than his stat line, and got better as the game went on last week. His execution and timing seemed to tighten up in the second half, and I would expect something closer to 30 passes than 20... plus we know from week 17 last year that Gray is not afraid to run it in, so yes, I'd say he's a top "desperation start" if you are hurting at QB.
The Saints are the #22 fantasy defense vs. QBs, but Gray is the lowest scoring QB in the league. (You'd get more points if you started Cassel on a regular basis).
I thought he looked worse . Was surprised when I got home from the Dome and saw he was 20-33 and well over 300 yards. He made some horrible throws, and the Saints should have had 4 or 5 INTs.

That was actually in reference to his rousing 7 for 16 in week 8. I agree that he looked worse than his stat line yesterday - the numbers got fat on one blown coverage that Reggie Williams turned into a TD, and one amazing twisting deep catch by Broussard - still if you started him out of desperation, you had to be happy.

Certainly can't disagree with that, I see nothing that gives me any confidence that they will clean things up and stop giving up the big play. McKenzie is playing well at one corner, but on the other side Jason David keeps getting beat like a drum, and for whatever reason he's getting little help from the safeties.

that's the puzzling thing about David. he plays pretty well most of the game but seems to be good for a single 70+ yard deep throw TD. i think he's done it in each game he's played in this season. i am sure he's expecting the safeties to pick up his guy but still...
