What's the benefit of a team registration vs. individual?

Some people guess its a little better odds, but I'm not sure I've seen that confirmed anywhere.

The benefit is...if you are thinking "I couldn't bear to go to Berlin without seeing @SteelCurtain" then this is your shot.

I've never even entered Berlin before so I'm pretty clueless about this.  It does say this, "Multiple registrations are not possible: If you register in a team and as an individual runner, your individual registration will be deleted!"

In other news, I am going to lose a toenail in the next couple days.  4 marathons in 35 days does that to me.

As we've got some cyclists in here and Peloton enthusiasts, has anyone ever used or encountered one of these elliptical bikes before?

I'm wondering how this would be for recovery days or just to do something different that is still similar to running.

I should have started smaller and worked my way back up... will do that in a bit. I did like 3 pushups earlier and realized 100 today was not happening either.

last time around doing this, which I think was earlier this year, I am like 95% sure I did 200 one day trying to do some catch up. it is silly how bad my arms/shoulders hurt right now.

I think you should plan on being at least 5 minutes under your standard.  Anything less than that is still a crapshoot:  (you should see how the weather is for 2022 Boston.  The largest number of BQ’s for any given year is the previous Boston Marathon.  So if it’s brutally hot, that will make fewer BQs coming from Boston.)

Yes. To be fair, I’ve been doing other upper body strength work for the last couple weeks so that helps too. 
 

well….that and the anabolic steroids I’ve been taking help too.
