RB Alex Collins, SEA (3 Viewers)

Not too worried about it. In fact, I see buy low. Game was the antithesis of competitive.

If Collins is a bust, then Flacco is going to throw for 3 TDs each week.

With that said, I would suggest Collins owner to start stocking up on backup RBs just in case. ; )

Collins fumbles and gets punished. Team blows out the opposition, they give him a couple carries and then send him to the showers with the other starters. The game was left in the hands of a committee of the backups, not a full on RBBC. A competitive game and he wouldn't have been rested. The guys that played in a blowout were not being rested for a quick turn around Thursday game. The starter was. Everyone needs to read between the lines here. He got those couple carries at the start of the 2nd half to show the kid he wasn't still in the dog house before they yanked the starters.

As a Collins owner in multiple leagues, I fully endorse this interpretation.

I"m not worried although if the fumbling continues it will be a problem. Dixon injury also a factor here as he just can't seem to stay on the field.

A team removed their feature RB when the game became a blowout?

:coffee:

Nothing to see here folks, move along.

Alex Collins got 15 of 25 RB snaps and 4 of 5 touches when the game was within 14 points. I'm not worried about Collins moving forward as BALT's lead back

Ravens refuse to give the ball to Collins, he’s getting vultured by Buck Allen at the 1. Collins is a bust in fantasy this year.

This Buck Allen at the one bull#### is going to kill his value...it looks like he will have limited chances inside the 10 after all....

I'll be the glass half full guy for a moment - Collins is in the game in the 2 minute drill before the end of the half.... and just as I type that Allen runs the ball for 6 yards  :wall:

He's taken about 70% of the snaps and he's looked good when he's touched the ball.  He's got 50 yards in the half.  Sucks that he got vultured at the 1.

This. Everyone panicking. And im just over here telling myself he’s still very much involved in this game script and looking good.

Also have him going against Green so I just don’t even care.

After the Ravens demolished the Bills last week, Marty Mornhinweg thinks Joe Flacco is suddenly Aaron Rodgers. Once they actually establish the run with Collins he will be fine.

He’s got 86 yards in a really poor game script and has shown some great plays. I’m a glass half full guy, but anyone panicking is being a bit chicken little ish.

collins has more catches and yards than any reciever on the ravens so far tonight...thats not too shabby
It’s not shabby at all. He’s 100x more explosive than Buck and there needs to be an effort to get him the ball in space. But he dropped a pass earlier and I noticed a missed assignment from him in pass pro. At the moment Buck is more reliable in pass pro and with the hands so it won’t always be Collins out there to truck the db and get the first.

Collins use as a receiver has really saved him. That is a good sign. Dixon going on IR seems really important right now.

The bigger worry is that the Ravens seem just as willing to give Buck goal to go work as they are AC/

Seems to be more or less the same as last year when Collins still had several tds down the stretch. The Buck use is maddening for fantasy and even more maddening for real life Ravens fans. Collins sitting 4 straight snaps with a tired D on the field is inexcusable.
